I have been coming here for over one year now and I have yet to be disappointed. My stylist is Amber and because of her, my hair is healthier and is growing far better without the breakage. Please understand, these men and women work their backsides off so please do not try to Nickel and dime them. The prices are what they are and if you have any questions about the pricing, ask BEFORE you have anything done. Should I want something out of my normal routine, I come in a day or two prior to my appointment and talk with Amber to see if what I want is doable with my hair and to ask her if it will damage my hair as well as get a price. I have NEVER been disappointed and all of the stylists are awesome and everyone here is positive. In closing, the best thing I can tell you is to communicate with your stylist. Pictures are great if you have an idea of what you want done and by communicating with your stylist (because they are not mind readers) you know that your stylist will know exactly what you want. Also, as they go along, or before they start, ask them what the plan of attack is and why they are doing such things. The professionals here are not arrogant and are happy to communicate with you and explain things IF YOU ASK. I hope this helps.

I went to this Fantastic Sams to get my hair lightened. I made an apt with Kelly and she was amazing. She was able to do a full set of highlights that look AMAZING for under $80.00. This wasnt just a partial this was the whole head, she took her time and made sure that the highlights came out the way I wanted them and she was very sociable, she talked to me the whole time and was very very nice. While I was there I got to listen to some of the other stylist there and they all were really nice and very professional. They were working with kids and did an amazing job with the kids. I will certainly bring my daughter there once she is old enough to get her hair cut. I would highly recommend this Fantastic Sams for all your hair care needs!

Went in for haircut after being referred by a friend to Kristy C. and I could not be more pleased with the results! Everything about the salon is impressive from the decor to seating areas(they have 2, small one for kids & larger one for adults) to the skill level of the stylists. I was not an easy client either with my long, thick, curly hair which I wanted chopped off...not an easy job! Kristy C. was great, open to what I wanted, patient, and definitely knew what she was doing. My haircut is awesome and everyone loves it especially ME! I will be returning to this salon on a regular basis. If your looking for true quality hair services at a decent price check it out, you wont be dissapointed, nor will you have to wait 1 month for an appt.!!!

I went in needing a change! Kristy Cole did my hair and I am so loving it! I have to admit I am very sporatic in getting my hair done and I never have found anyone that I am motivated to actually call my hairdresser and follow wherever she goes. I will follow Kristy C. :) She gave me a whole new look highlights and a super cute cut. In the month & 1/2 since I went to her I have had like 2 ponytail days! That is TOTALLY unheard of for me! Place was super clean and everyone was pleasant.

Terrible for mens hair cut. Had mine yesterday. After screwing up the stylist said sorry about that Ill give you $6 off. That will be $10 please...poor service. How do you admit you screwed up and charge me for it?

Poor customer service .. how if there are 2 stylists and one customer are you going to say 45 minute wait just because you looked obviously annoyed I brought 2 very quiet and well behaved children in.

All I asked for was a 7 on top and 2 on the sides they completely messed up my side and they pushed my hair line back. Also they left so many bald spots km my head.... Never going back again
