When you show up, after a short wait, you will be tested on a surprisingly versatile set of assessments based on your previous selection of a whole number of skills and experience strengths you can choose from. Normally I find that the kind of assessments required when applying for jobs are pointless and vague, but the ones you take here are honestly quite accurate at bringing your skills to the forefront, and genuinely make a lot of sense. One last little wait and youre meeting with one of the staff. This is not so much of an interview but a discussion of your qualities as a job-seeker; also going over what kind of positions that fit them are available at the time. The associate helping me was Markeisha Hogg, and she was excellent. I was offered great advice about myself; even my resume by her, and she ended up helping me get the exact type of job that I was looking for within a week or so. She was very helpful, and the whole experience ended up being quite fluid and efficient.

They told me i was going to be working in grapevine and they sent me to Irving 30 minutes before start time they knew i did not have a car it took me 2 hours to get there on my bicycle and to make things worst i had to break my lease in grapevine to move to Irvine to be close to the job they sent me that had very little work now i owe over 6,000 for a broken lease not including the money i spent on getting to work on uber and carpool, kourtney jones hired me i have all the paper work showing all the money i owe because of corner stone and all the money i spent on transportation they lied to me they said they were going to send me to the warehouse in grapevine and they didnt they sent me to Irvine they said sorry on the phone sorry isnt going to pay all the money i owe because of theme sorry doesnt replace all the money i paid to get to work its not rigth and its not my fault they still owe me money to make things worst my last paycheck.

I was in search of a job and decided to walk into the Las Colinas branch of CornerStone Staffing. I walked in and I was impressed by the layout, the professionalism and the overall operation of the temp agency. I filled out all of my paperwork and was sent to Leigh to interview. Leigh was extremely professional and easy to work with. She immediately found a job that would fit my skills and within a week I interviewed and got hired. Leigh was extremely understanding when it came to lifes unexpected situations popping up. Leigh was immensely supportive. The key with CornerStone Staffing is communication. As long as you inform them ahead of time, they are willing to work with you and your situation. Since, I have recently become a permanent employee of my assignment and Im so thankful to her and CornerStone Staffing as a whole. CornerStone Staffing is definitely THE REAL DEAL! YOU WONT REGRET WALKING IN AND FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company, as a staffing agency or otherwise. My experience with them was sub-par when I worked as a temp for them (never checked in, never returned calls but luckily I was with a good company until the hr manager left and the position wasnt filled and cs refused to reassign me) but I moved on. Now however, they refuse to send out an additional copy of federal tax documents when the initial ones never arrived. The deadline has come and gone and now Im not sure they were sent at all. Ive never had a company, big or small, refuse to send out another copy and be such narcissistic jerks about it before. Needless to say, Ill be filing a complaint with the irs as the document is unavailable online. Shameful behavior. A staffing company should have the mindset of problem solvers not roadblocks.

Getting back into the full-time office-world after 7 years was a daunting and intimidating feeling...but it was time to return. Not all staffing agencies are alike--which is a *complete* understatement---and I was nervous about picking the right one. After reading the reviews of this company, and in particular, the Las Colinas office, I went in to test and interview. I was matched with a WONDERFUL representative named Courtney Jones---SO professional, yet took the time to listen to me when it came to my questions and concerns. I am currently on a temp to possible perm assignment, and I absolutely love where I am going, who I work with, and what I am doing. I shouldve done this a long time ago. I am fairly new to Texas. I moved here over a year ago. I was nervous moving here because I was starting over and really concerned about finding work since I have a family. I met with Leigh Lanterman and from the very beginning she did everything possible to keep me working. The atmosphere is very professional and comfortable. Everyone there was approachable. I am now working permanently with a company that I LOVE. I am EXTREMELY happy and I owe it all to Cornerstone Staffing and specifically Leigh. Cornerstone staffing in their Las Colinas office, is the first staffing agency I’ve came across to for a job position. I’m amaze how fast they were able to contact me for a job based on my experience. My recruiter Dalia Hernandez is the best! If it wasn’t for her, I wouldnt have received the job opportunity that Ill be starting soon. She is very helpful and informative. Cornerstone Staffing is not a bad company, but why waste some of your time when you can do your own research and come up with better results! I dont really like to bash people, but the stupid sign says NOW HIRING and its been weeks and ive only worked one little dinky one day project. The recruiter also got it wrong telling me it was a 4 day project when in reality they only needed me for one day! In my honest and humble opinion you can do better research and come up with better matches than trying to go and work for 8 or 9 little, chump change dollars an hour! Youll make more money waiting tables at a decent restaurant on the weekends!

I applied with CornerStone online and someone contacted me the follwing day. Their staff is extremely pleasant, time efficient and helpful. They are great at finding the perfect position for you with the credentials provided. The background check process was quick and easy. Leigh, along with Norma, the Operations Manager for this office, are awesome! They are very professional and helpful. ConerStone Staffing didnt miss a beat! They got me in, out and off to my new job!
