I was gazing out the window, when my mail carrier turned the corner and came to a group of four mailboxes. They went on to the next box and obviously found a letter that belonged to someone they had already delivered. They immediately turned around, went back down the street and dropped off that stray piece of mail. Returned to where they were and continued on their route.. My regards to my mail carrier with pride, respect and integrity. May this always be returned to you. Thank you Lorraine

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today we have been home all day when I checked my app is was out for delivery at around 6:03 p.m. had left notice on my app checked n my mail box and around my house guess what no notice and no mail which means my mail man is a lazy and did not finish his route or lied about coming by my resident because we have 2 cars and a motorcycle in the driveway all day

I tried to move my po box from benbrook to joshua. Mail is not delivered at my new home. This confused the dark haired lady, she got mad and shoved the paperwork back at me and refused to rent me a box. I am on disability and have to have an address for mail. I tried calling but the phone is constantly busy, for 40 minutes straight.

I send a LOT of packages overseas to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses and the employees are always patient because some of those addresses can be tough to access. Sorry, people behind me but Im a Marine mom with a son, a nephew, and friends kids in the military and its just the way it is. Thank you Joshua Post Office!

How am I supposed to get ahold of anyone there when the phone has been busy for 20 min straight? Theyve been giving me the run around for 3 weeks on getting my mailbox key and Im absolutely sick of it.

This post office is usually crowded around peak times, and much like most post offices, the employees work at their own often (slow) diligent pace. However, they are friendly and helpful.

Have had issues with this office for 8years and still have issues with getting my mail delivered! Not a single person here will fix the issue or even look into it.
