BE WARNED! IF YOU GO IN SATURDAY FOR A PASSPORT, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE THE FIRST 15 PEOPLE WHO SIGN IN. AFTER THAT YOU ARE TURNED AWAY. THEY SAY THEY CANT POST THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE, SO I WILL . THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO IS ABLE TO DO PASSPORTS. I WAS THERE FOR OVER TWO HOURS, AND ABOUT 5 PASSPORTS WERE PROCESSED IN THAT TIME FRAME. PART OF THAT WAS THAT PEOPLE HAD NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND CAME IN WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTATION. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! THE ATTITUDE OF THE CIVIL SERVANTS THERE EXPLAINS WHY FEDEX AND UPS WILL PUT THE USPS OUT OF BUSINESS.

Great service and friendly, helpful staff, but the facility itself is in need of an upgrade up front. There are three mail drops outside the business counter area that are available after hours. However, they only accommodate up to a large envelope. There is no place to drop off a prepaid box, even a small one! A self service postage and drop off bin large enough to mail a box would be a great addition to this facility since the counter closes at 4:30p and most of us cannot get there by that time.

One mail lady in a green jeep keeps throwing my packages on the ground by the road, i have called 2 x and they wont do anything about it, all the othe mail carriers drop my packages on my porch i dont know why she wont

Irritating as hell. Mail carrier constantly puts my mail in the wrong box. This has happened on multiple occasions and this time they put an important package in the wrong box.

Terrible service I tried 5 days in a row to get a passport and every single day the hours changed or because the passport lady wanted to leave early.
