This is at least my 3rd time my parcel sent by priority mail from this office got unacceptably longer than the usps policy has stated. Once, my package for my sister in Stockton CA sent by priority mail took more than 10 days to be delivered. Another time, my Mothers Days card took upto 13 days to be delivered to my mother. The post office at my mothers city (Stockton) was contacted and they confirmed the mail was not there at the 12th day. This time, my package again for my sister sent by priority on Monday 7/6 in early morning has not been delivered as of yesterday 7/11. What has been wrong with this post office? Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days and its a written policy read at the post office. Moreover, when I called to complain about this louse service the admin/operator at the post office impolitely answered that priority mail will take from 2 to 14 days! I myself am very disappointed about the delivery of this US post office. Hope US post office will take my comment positively to improve their services. Best regards, Paul Nguyen (78746)

Worst post office I ever experienced. I have been there only several times and every time left with anger. Only one of the 3 windows open no matter how long the waiting line is. Theyd rather chatting with each other than helping customers. The do not even want to provide a 4 inch-long clear tape to tape my package. The fat short lady insisted that I need to tape it by myself and wanted to sell me a roll a clear tape. I left to another post office and mail the same package without any problems. This post office need to be closed. It only hurt your business by keeping it open.

"Lost" my package!!! The large, African-American man was horrible to me and the lady in front of me. He yelled at and degraded me to the entire post office. When I told the postmaster, he did nothing about it. It was like everyone in the place was scared of him. He was very hateful and, I am convinced that he made sure my package got "lost." My advice: If you have to ship here, 1. Know EXACTLY what service you need or they will be rude to you. 2. Avoid the man mentioned above at all costs. 3. Get insurance on your package.

I would give this a negative rating if possible. It is interesting that you can call this location, let the phone ring 40+ times with no answer, call the UPS store across the street and get an answer in 2 rings. Cost to ship approximately the same. Wage per hour? Certainly more at a government sponsored unit. We wonder how we get in this shape with more government, less service and higher fees.

This post office just adds icing to the cake of how our government is milking money off us. I called and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang. I watched the mail truck drive right by my mailbox, with the red arrow up, and not stop and pick up my mail. I only gave it one star cause it would not post my message unless I did.

Worst experience. Both employees working on Saturday Jan 21 were aweful. The guy complained about everything and that people needed help versus using the kiosk and the woman was just plain rude. If you hate your job then do something else. Neither should be in customer facing roles.

Seems as though I got the same treatment as everyone else.... Called in because Ive been having some mail returned to sender for seemingly no reason. No one answered the phone, so I tried to call again, and again no one answered. After 10-15 minutes, I gave up.

NONE of the post offices I have contacted in this town know how to answer a phone! it rings and rings and rings....its no wonder the USPS is hemorrhaging money and having major layoffs. If you would do you job you might not lose customers

I had not encountered unfavorable behavior at this location until today. A Ms. Lewis #92 was rude time and time again. I would ask a question and she would respond snappy and rolling her eyes. Not good service, its disappointing.

The staff were friendly. The lady at the counter even informed me about a cheaper service with same delivery speed.
