A pretty good post office overall in a fairly new, clean and pleasant building. Its easy to find just off 281 and parking is ample. They could always use one extra staff member to eliminate the lines but hey its the post office and not nearly as bad as others in San Antonio and Austin. The staff are all extremely helpful too and seem to know the answers to some very strange post-related questions.

The women there are really nice, but theres a man who works the counter whose a complete jerk! He doesnt want to be there, you can totally tell, and if your picking up your mail on hold at the post office, good luck if the man is working, he will go back several times and come back saying you have no mail. You practically have to beg for your mail.

Tried to make an appointment for a passport and phone is constantly busy. Two doors are broken with cracked glass. Huge building and only two clerks. Male clerk was on the ride side
