I came in on Saturday morning with 2 boxes to ship. Both the man and woman working were very nice, greeted me and answered my question on labels and offered a sharpie. When I went to check out the man helped me, apologized for the wait (which wasnt very long) and explained the shipping methods and costs. I had even misplaced the to and from on the box (brain fart!), he laughed with me and didnt make me feel dumb. It was overall a nice experience for my first time, completely different attitudes than at the Cibolo office! Wish I had gotten their names!

got a new mail person - for the first month delivered mail to me that wasnt my address - had to call her supervisor - still delivered mail that wasnt mine - then delivered a package that took me 30 minutes to get out of the mailbox - now I show a delivery at a site that is out for delivery today by the US postal service, mail was delivered - she didnt deliver my package - probably too hot to get out of the truck, right? WTH??? Give me back my old mail person.

I choose to come to this one even though there is another one closer to my house because I appreciate the excellent customer service here. Even around the holidays the wait in line wasnt long (Ive been going almost every day before Christmas) and they wished every single customer happy holidays each time and regardless of the stress they must have been experiencing all were friendly and in good spirits. I like going here.

I stopped in there to have a package mailed and received excellent customer service. The staff were able to help me select which shipping method was the most cost effective for what I needed to ship. The staff were also very nice and courteous. Best thing? There was no waiting in line like other places.

So far not good. Called to get hours of operation and theres no recording on phone system and after a few rings someone picked up the phone and hung it up. Not customer oriented. Thats the problem with government run organizations! Thats why you dont want Obamacare!

Visited on 5/22/2017 as I have always done for over a decade. I needed to return equipment and a book for school purposes. As soon as I approached the counter I was rudely ask if I had tape ??? because the POST OFFICE didnt have tape.

I always use this post office even though there is one a little closer to my house. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two and the staff are very nice.
