People there are very rude. I had a package that was sent through USPS which I thought was going to UPS. After calling and speaking to Johnny, he stated that why didnt I have a mail box. When I explained that we dont like people going through our mail. He stated that we could get a PO box. Which would be fine if I didnt already have one in Elemendorf and Floresville post office is on the other side of town. He stated that technically he has to send the package back. Long story short. I decided to send it back and avoid the whole situation. What ever happen to the mail man actually getting off at your house and delivering your mail, instead of driving by and putting it in your box? Anywho I will have to reorder and put my PO box and wait another month.
