Monique (USPS employee) called me up to her counter. I handed my package over with the customs form. While Monique was processing my transaction, I went to ask for stamps. I was rudely interrupted when she stated I needed to put a quantity on the customs form, the form was tossed back in front of me. There were snacks, pictures, and arts/crafts in the box. I asked if I had to list each snack individually, Monique told me to just put a number, it was the most condescending tone I have ever heard and am appalled that anyone that chooses to work with the public can act like that and get away with it. She made me so upset I was shaking. When I finished filling in the individual quantity, Monique snatched the paper right out of my hands while I was looking it over one more time. Ive never been treated like that before and if I go in there again, I will skip Moniques counter at all costs. No one should have to put up with the condescending tone Monique provides USPS customers.

Horrible customer service! Extremely slow! Not that bright!!! Started writing the whole story as it unfolded, but it started getting too long. Started looking like a highly creative event, which unfortunately it wasnt at all! Ill sum it up... LONG wait, wrong prices, unknowledgeable, irritating, most complicated experience ever! They or she doesnt doesnt accept digital versions of anything since, as she alluded to, it can be forged. Government and state agencies accept digital forms of ID, ie: insurance. Apparently they dont here. FYI Schertz post office... A piece of paper is 100 times easier to forge than the digital version of it from an official site. Read another review while in line... Monique is STILL a problem!

This is a very nice post office, usually I cant get any help at the post office but both employees were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, which was refreshing. I did not know the best way to mail legal documents and they kindly helped me with the best option without looking at me like I was stupid for asking a question. Good experience and quick, helpful service I will be going back... But no experience with this Monique thus far... will be watching out and ready to record. This is a very nice post office that doesnt need to be tarnished by employees that simply want to get fired.

I went out of town for 10 days and all of my business mail was returned to sender. I went down to post office and supervisor Tanya said, she would call me once the mailman returned to the station to find out what he did. I didnt hear anything back so, I went back the next day. Again, was told by supervisor I would get a call back by end of the day. That was 10 days ago. These people could care less about our mail and where it goes. Im out dozens of important pieces of mail and now have to spend months trying to recover. It has put me into a financial spin out. Thanks for NOTHING

A parcel was to be delivered, Priority Mail, Delivery Conformation! On line it showed Delivered. It wasnt. We have had our mail go to neighbors several times. Cynthia "The so called Supervisor", is condescending, shows no enthusiasm and seems to not care at all that a parcel was delivered to the wrong house! Its Christmas and a present that is expensive is missing and they dont care! Wow! Privatized, Government workers who are not going to lift a finger to do more than their time for their check!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cant agree with Ion Racer. Visited this branch a few dozen times, once to complain about missing packages. Everyone, including the Postmaster, were courteous and acted with the type of urgency you could hope for. Granted, those guys and gals work under very exacting conditions for an over-regulated government yet still manage a smile. This Post Office cannot be trusted! They have sent properly addressed mail back annotated Wrong Address! It cost us money!!! Now I mailed a priority Mail Letter, in one of the Priority Mail Envelopes, right there in the Cibolo Post Office! According to the computer it has never made it to the ,"Sorting Facility"!!!! Its 8 days now! And they wont even call me with any feedback or what is happening! Writing My Congressman!

This was the worst experience of any post office i have ever visited. The employees are extremely rude and condescending. The want to charge for a piece of tape!!!! The lines are ridiculous and the employees are idiots. dont go there unless you want to have one of the most frustrating days of your life! I would not go back there if they were the last post office on earth!

What is wrong with the people who work at this branch? I have been in to office, called numerous times & e mailed them. Yet they still insist on returning my mail to sender. I am at my wits end. Do not know what else to do. This has been going on for almost a year. Does any one have any suggestions on how to get your mailed delivered?

Im wondering why a mail carrier would not see the RED FLAG on the mailbox indicating that there is mail to be picked up???? And why if the RED FLAG is up would the mail carrier put the mail in and NOT take the letter out that needs to be mailed. This is not the first time this has happened.......

The worst! Horrible people and how many complaints about employee "Monique" does it take to get her fired? So many people have had such terrible experiences with this location. I told USPS Universal City about it and they said they hear it all the time. Somebody needs to do something.

Monique is the RUDEST person Ive ever encountered at a Post Office. Im not sure how many customers have to point out what a terrible employee she is before anyone in authority does anything. Knowing the Post Office, that probably means she is soon to be named Employee of the Month.

Placed an Address Change Request (Hard Copy) in my mailbox two weeks in advance to moving. A month has gone by and I have not recieved any forwarded mail. Called and was told that I never put in an address change.... Hmmm, I must be making all of this up! Horrible Service!

This place is usually crowded because everyone that lives in Schertz or the residing area mails their packages here. The employees are really nice and work quickly to get through to everyone in a reasonable time. Great job!

Ive been using them you years and no complaints. Some ppl dont know how to use online services and stand in line for something simple. Never had a package lost or delayed and I mail often. Way cheaper than the competition.

Very rude..monique was very rude to me and my grandmother...and for what? I even told her hello, I hope you are having a great day! Felt so embarrassed when she and another woman yelled at me...never going there again.

No one picks up the phone...ever...why even have a phone line if you dont answer it? I have been calling since 8:30 am and it is 11:30am. Still no answer. It just rings for three minutes then gives a busy dial.
