They cant seem to put my packages in my mailbox. Second time in a month that theyve put my packages in someone elses box. First time it was checking books and this time it was a part for my truck that I paid extra to have it delivered faster. Tracking shows it delivered, but its not there. Its Sunday today and Monday is Labor Day, which is why I wanted it sooner. Ive only been in my house 4 months too. I also opted to have my packages put at my front door instead of the small lock boxes in the community boxes and it states that in my box. How hard is it to put packages in my box or to my door? I have cameras at my house, so I know it wasnt left at my door and stolen.

I know for sure that at least three packages of mine have gone missing from this post office in the year that I have lived in the area. In addition, I sometimes go a week without a single piece of mail, not even junk mail. Then, all of a sudden, I get mail every day again. If your mail is important, dont get it sent through this post office. It is likely to get lost. As other reviewers have said, there is no help for you in the event of missing mail.

need to give the postal people a break.. they are hard workers and work in all kinds of weather to get your mail or packages... you all think it is an easy job but its not.. instead of saying negative things about them why dont you all shake their hand and thank them for bringing your mail to you... we all make mistakes... yeah they are good but not perfect... THANK YOU GUYS AT POST OFFICE FOR YOUR HARD WORK!!!

Walked up amd before I said anything Mr. Rob starts demanding lease and ID, thanks for the welcome. Just moved here from AZ and have never had to deal with changing locks before so thanks for all the info u didnt give me! Especially since Ive already did a change of address and dont know where my mail is. U guys need to smile and get some sunlight!

I went in to the office in cibolo on July 2nd to report that my key hole on my mailbox had broken and the man told me it was gong to be fixed at 8:00pm the next day. My mailbox has yet to be fixed and I have small packages in there I need to get ASAP!

Zero attention to detail! Mishandling of mail is commonplace and when you try to locate your packages you are dismissed. They have cost me $ and couldnt care less. I pay the extra for FedEx or UPS, but at least I get my packages.

i was supposed to receive a package, so i signed the slip, advising them to leave it...then nothing... and of course, they never answer their phones... frustrating.

ive never had an issue here. the line moves quickly. customer service is about the same as any other post office.
