I have a huge problem with mail man Ruben that works in McAllen Post office and I reported him with his manager & the manager never did anything. Can someone get back at me please, this mail man is aggressive and does not follow our property rules.

It does its job in terms of shipping or notary, but service is something left to be desired. Only one of the three employees actually look like they care to help you. If you never shipped before you might not have a pleasant experience.

I go here often. Its a great post office just for the fact almost nobody knows about it. Ive never had any problem with service, but I do look like Brad Pitt.
