If there was a negative star I would deffenetly have chosen that! The staff and bad and the management is horrable! I cant blame the staff if they dont have a good example from management to follow. Today I went to send a package. I waited in line for a boy 15 min. When I finally get to the clerk they have technical difficulties (which I understand happens right). My 3 yr old daughter needs to go to the restroom super bad and I ask. The lady was so rude about not having a restroom for her. She went on saying that she was old enough to hold it. I was so upset I had to leave to take her to the rest room else were because she really needed to go. Come on 3 yr olds cant hold it that long. When they have to go they have to go. I come back to wait in line. I send my package and as to talk to the supervisor. He told me that he was not going to appologize for not having public restrooms. I suggested a sign or something. He laughed and said the building had been there for a long time and had never had a sign and he shouldnt appologize. I told him I understood technical difficulties but really denying a 3 yr old from a restroom is ridiculous. All other post offices allow you if someone walks you to the restroom. Never coming back. Worst post office and customer service ever!

Thanks for nothing!!! The worst post office experience I have ever had! I walk in and sure its 10 minutes before closing time but still have the customer service no matter what the time may be. I got nothing but attitude from Jay and Arinda. Arinda rolled her eyes and started huffing and puffing. Jay just stood there with a look on his face like theres nothing I can do. With no customers in front of you you can at least say let me help you. Not stand there and look like its your first day on the job. Connie was a little bit helpful by providing a box and telling me to use the automated machine but the box she gave us didnt even fit in the slot the box has to fit in. So whats the point of that?? I ended up being there for about 20 minutes but not being able to mail any of my packages. In my eyes every customer should be helped with great customer service from when the door opens to when the door closes. These guys started counting the tills before closing time rather than helping out.

Tried to call in regards to a missing package. I spoke to Richard. As I was trying to explain my situation he kept interrupting me multiple times. Instead of trying to help with the issue just stated exactly what tracking said which was the issue beginning with. I then told him why that made no sense to me and once again what the issue was. He then began to tell me how I obviously didnt understand the tracking (like Im stupid or something). I began again to try and explain the situation when he began to once again cut me off. Finally I just told him he was being extremely rude and needed to stop interrupting me. He then repeated to say thank you over and over again while I was trying to speak until I hung up.

Every time Ibe come to this specific location EVERYONE has been so RUDE!!!! Its like they hate their jobs here and treat everyone like crap! Its not everyday that someone is mailing something out so we come to you guys for help and you expect us to know everything, something you guys do EVERYDAY!!! I seriously hate this location and they need to change out the people who work there. I have never had a good experience here. Its so sad that they have such good jobs and yet treat us all so horribly.

Sometimes packages are left at my front door, sometimes not. I never know whats going to happen. And picking them up is nearly impossible since theyre open for so few hours. I have one I need to go get but surprise! Theyre only open until noon on Saturdays. Why? They service a pretty large area, they should be open longer for those of us who work during their (also short) hours on the weekdays. No wonder its always crazy when I go in, everyones trying to get stuff done before they close again.

This location is just horrible. Ive been calling about packages I never received and they always say they will call back and they dont. I always get some guy name Ruben on the phone and he never calls back. Thats very nonprofessional. I already lost 4 packages with USPS. Not cool. I always make sure I pick UPS or FedEx when given the option even if its more expensive. Its way safer and faster shipping with the others.

Every time I have been to this post office, all of the postal workers I have come in contact with have been very polite, very nice and helpful. I really appreciate their great customer service and think that they all deserve a pat on the back. Everyone who is in customer service should be like these nice people.

They never actually honked their horn, or even knocked at my door with the package I was waiting for. Instead all they did was put the stupid sorry we missed you card in my mail box. So now I have to wait another day, and go pick up my mail. Smh. Ima stick to FedEx, and UPS.
