Wish I could give this place absolutely no stars at all. Called in politely, asked the lady working there (she didnt say her name...probably didnt want to because she is rude) and she gave me an immediate attitude because I asked her who I should speak to about setting up a passport "reservation". She told me I had to dial an entirely different number, which mind you, is a disconnected number anyways. I asked her 2 times if that number was correct before I got off the phone and she confirmed. What a waste of an employee if you are going to allow someone to work that position and be rude right off the bat with one simple question. Clearly she feels like her job is miserable, I dont quite blame her for that but still...dont take it out on me for asking a common question. If you want me to do the passport application the correct way, learn how to assist those who call in for the assistance outlined in your job description.

MY BOX 60223 FOR HATRED THEY TOOK IT WITH GAMES,NOT BILL SEND TO ME OR PLACE INSIDE MY BOX,MY BOX IS NOT LOCKED BUT ALL MAIL WAS SIZED AND THEY DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME TILL TO DAY,I HAVE BEEN USING THE BOX FOR 6 YEARS WITHOUT OWN THEM A DIME.RACIST HATE IN THIS POST OFFICE LOCATION,NOT ALL OF THEM IS BAD JUST VIEW,HAVE A LITTLE SMILING ON YOUR FACE TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FILL GOOD AND DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN .I WAS TREATED LIKE A RENTED THE BOX FREE WITHOUT PAID, THAT HOW THEY TOOK MY MAIL BOX FROM ME FOR NO REASON,SECOND DAY I TOOK MY SISTER TO THE SAME POST OFFICE TO APPLY FOR POST OFFICE BOX, THEY SAID IS AVAILABLE ,AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT HAVE ANY BOX TO GIVE ME,AND THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME MY OWN BACK TO ME AS AM READY TO PAY.THIS IS NOT RIGHT.WE NEED GOOD SERVICES NOT DRIVE CUSTOMERS AWAY.

Shipped pair of tennis shoes sold in ebay. Made sure it got off by handing to the clerk to ensure everything was correct. Package mysteriously label disappeared then reappeared at dead mail facility a few weeks later. 45 days later it is shipped to the buyer but with new box and shipping label but with a shipment of vitamins. Big cluster the whole process hard to get anyone on phone had to send letters and statemts to claims and dead mail facility in Atlanta but no resolution. I felt that their process is set up for you not to get your property back once its"lost." Will be using UPS only going forward. I think theres something inherently criminal going on at this post office.

Trying to apply a passport, I went there and they told me I had to call to make an appointment, I ask if I can just get an appointment since Im already there instead of calling but they said I had to call.So i made a call talked to a lady but it took 20 minutes before they pick up the phone. I got an appointment but when I went there for my appointment the lady who took the application told me Im not on thier list, I asked if she can just put me in since no bodys there applying for passport but she told me I had to call or go to the other post office.

I mailed a package recently and it arrived to its destination tampered and opened. It had a post office sticker seal that read "sorry! Package was tampered with and sealed for your safety". Funny thing is, every time my packages are mailed out at this location, it gets tampered with. Thats a federal offense. No where else does this thing happen! I want investigations done on this place.

The clerks are very rude here. They always have an attitude and are very unwilling to help. There was a woman who I went to a couple of weeks ago who was very sweet. I think she was new because I had never seen her before. she was a short older lady. Thank you for helping me. Other than that I do not reccommend going to this post office.

I was told I had to make an appointment to get a passport and i have been call since 3pm to 4:59pm yesterday no answer and today 8am was on the 12min no answer. Then I call the post office line and its busy like yesterday. Point less why do you say call to make an appointment and dont answer the phone.

There are two closer post offices, but I always go to this one because the employees actually work hard & know what they are doing. They also have extended business hours...great for busy mommies who run errands in the evening while daddy is home.

Fast and courteous service. Sometimes they are rushed but dont get it confused with them not caring, they are just trying to give you quick service and shorter lines which is what we all want when going to the post office!

called for passport appointment took about 45 min.to answer,then they gave me another number to call,then I waited 45 min.then another 20min. to book me,then they book me wrong,plus they are not to customer friendly.

Had to call the main post office to see if I was dialing the correct number. It was right they just never answer the phone. Plenty of people are looking for jobs even if it is just answering the phone.

Always the worse. Opens at 10am. Employees Have always been rude. Its 2:20pm and one person at the counter and 15 in line. Absolutely ridiculous! I only come here because its close to home.

Slow service usually only one or two people working. Self service kiosk is always performing maintenance or full of boxes. I only come when there is no other choice
