Package Returned to Sender as undeliverable for a valid eBay address. I even called the Private Mail Box Office to verify the address. No other explanation. Cost me time and money and have to send package via more expensive UPS to ensure it gets there. And of course, no one ever answered the phone when I called to inquire.

They lost my package and I called the office and they answered and said that they will look for my package and call me back, they actually called me back just to say that the guy put the package in there and now it wasnt there that maybe someone else took it

Nobody answers the phone. Called for hours. Package marked undeliverable and returned,when address was perfect. Lousy service provided by a lousy government agency. Use UPS or FEDEX if you want to receive packages.
