This has got to be the worst post office I have ever dealt with. If you ever try and call them, it rings forever and no one ever picks up. My main complaint is the main carriers!! Where I live there are several mail boxes next to each other. All the mail boxes are labeled appropriately and for some reason the mail is placed wherever the mail carrier pleases. When I am waiting for a package to arrive, the mail carrier makes no attempt what so ever to deliver it. I always have to drive all the way to the post office that is 12 miles away and have to endure another round of bad service. I have tried several times to speak to the post master or whomever is in charge of the mail carriers but I have yet to accomplish that feat. To bad all our concerns fall on deaf ears, Being able to rate and write a review defeats the purpose if nothing ever is corrected. I think if people are not going to take their job seriously, they need to be fired. I suggest that the supervisors be held accountable to their employees. But this is a government job......what do you expect?!!

Usps are a bunch of thieves. I ordered makeup and said it was delivered at my parents but it never was that was 3 weeks ago. I kept calling the office and going and they were never able to fix the situation for me. Now this time around the makeup company was kind enough to send me another set of makeup. But now i had it "delivered" to my apartment. And again! It was not delivered to me!!! So sick of this situation and usps carriers stealing other peoples stuff. If by tomorrow i dont hear anything from them i will file a police report because this is the second time it happens and its ridiculous. Usps should give this stealing ass carriers a race so they can afford their own MF makeup.

Time and time again Ive given this place a shot but it always seems to fail me. Ok so everytime i go to drop off a package, the drop-off thing is LOCKED. Every single time! I thought the self-service kiosk was open 24hrs?! Not to mention that I go at totally normal hours...so then i end up having to drive to to the post office on Jackson Rd in Edinburg...this is a total inconvenience! From now on ill just go to the Edinburg post office. So i ask: USPS on Pecan...Why is your package drop-off thing ALWAYS LOCKED?! how frustrating. The people who work here are incompetent monkeys. Spare yourself and do not come here.

I had to come to the post office to pick up my certified mail afther the mail person did not come to my door left a slip in box so I called the 800# they said it it will at my door the next day wrong . ask to speak to post master not in his sec. said she would call me to set a app. not today I went to get my mail key was left for I had a package well the put it in a box wear I had trouble with before and told the post man said he would write it up. well I got a package today in the same box key will not go in. they will be wanting to raise the postage again.

I live in an apartment.. that same apartment is actually ONE house not separated in anyway.. they returned my package to the sender because my address did not contain which apt #.. HOWEVER I have been getting my mails and other packages from other mail carriers without any problems.. and its ONE house with 4 rooms to rent.. it shouldnt matter which mailbox the package is left or what door its left at.. THERE IS ONE DOOR. I dont know why this postal service still stands in this area; bunch of incompetent morons are running the place.

I really cant believe how incompetent these workers are - by far the worst. They delivered an expensive item my wife had ordered to another residence in the neighborhood and dont want any part of the situation - even tough we have provided all proof. The worst part of this that we dont know if its really true that the item was left elsewhere - maybe the delivery lady stoled since it was labeled from Macys. One thing is for sure, this will not end here.

this place is full of goofballs! several times ive sent out a package just to have them deliver it right back to me instead of the intended recipient!! shipping labels and address was correct and postage correctly paid online. It only happens when I take it directly here which is be the main sorting center. when I drop off packages at other post offices even though they bring it back to this one for sorting it never seems to happen. GOOFBALLS!

It took 3 notifications from the IRS in reference to my income tax check saying it was the wrong address. I finally got it. Now I have packages that are beibg returned. To top it all off I received one and the other one from the same place got sent back. Its time for Fedex and UPS not to send packages to the postal service to deliver. I cant believe the way they handle customer service.

So I got a message that they are unable to deliver my package to my address cause it wrong but recieved my mail the same day...they have delivered packages to me before to this address, I call to see whats going on, no answer, its hard to go there since my work hours is during their business hours. Is it hard to pick up a phone? And with so many complaints why hasnt this place been fixed yet?

I cant believe this. Went in at 12:45 on a Saturday to send off very important college financial aid information (IDOC) thats very close to a deadline, and they WOULDNT OPEN THE LOBBY DOORS FOR ME EVEN THOUGH THE LOBBY CLOSES AT 1:00 PM. What a horrible place. Their job should be to serve the citizens, not turn away people. Please, do yourself a favor and deliver your mail somewhere else.

I had ordered a package and it was, unfortunately, sorted into this facility and has been there since August 12th supposedly to be delivered on August 15th, NOT!!!! (Its the freaking 23rd! and still have not received it!!!!) I contacted the seller but there is nothing she or I can do because this sorry excuse of a post office has it...... HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I could select 0 stars

This sort center is the worst in the U.S .When I check the trkn # it will say it left there but will not up date for 5 days in most cases,also they never answer the phone and when I put a complain in nothing gets done.This is not an isolated incident in my business I use the post office & like I mentioned earlier this always occures at this sorry a-- sort fac.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I don´t get to go regularly since there is a closer USPS to me, but when I do everything is all right. I either drop off packages or go through line at most 3 people (maybe its not the busiest part of the day). A plus is that they close until 7 and most offices close super early. Thank you!
