this place is a complete joke of a business. the carrier lost our package, we spoke to the incompetent joke of supervisor who showed us where our package was "delivered" and he said he would have the carrier speak to the neighbors and call us back, two weeks passed and we had to go ourselves to the neighbors which led no where. we went back and the supervisor said it was delivered at our place which it wasnt. i went outside 7 minutes after the package was "delivered" and it wasnt there. Im left into thinking the carrier stole it because no one even passes by where I live. Cant do a claim because they scanned it saying it was "delivered" when it was not. They are liars, lazy workers who dont deserve to have a job with the goverment. mail is important, they treat thier customers as if they arent important. all of these people should be garbage men. since they think my mail is garbage and lose it. by the way, they deserve less than no stars at all.

This branch is a shining example of why the post office needs to be allowed to go bankrupt. The employees are actually ruder than the mail carriers and I never thought that was possible... And allegations of theft by the employees is an issue that sorely needs to be addressed. Good luck with a federal employee being held accountable though...and good luck with getting the mail delivered to your actual mailbox! Too bad you cant give less than one star...of course after almost a year later, nothing has changed. And the carrier now cant even be bothered to get a letter out of the box to be delivered. Obviously nobody has even looked over the customer reviews and complaints here. Another edit since they get worse by the week. The mail carrier has now taken to throwing the packages I receive up on my balcony since I live on the second floor. How caring and considerate can they get?

Horrible place. I called for a letter that I was suppose to recieve 2 weeks ago, they told me I had to go there to pick it up. I go the next day and they ask me who I talked to. Didnt remember who I talked to, the person that helped me and his coworker decided to keep telling me you have to get the persons name a million times. " because not everyone works in the weekends". Ok, they asked me if i had a pink slip, i told them no i had called yesterday explained to the person that they didnt leave a pink slip, still told me that they DID have it and i had to go pick it up. Still told me i had to get the persons name. Finally when they asked for my identification, it wasnt even there. Rudest people Ive ever encountered.

Shame on General Supervisor if nothing is being done at this location considering all the negative reviews. My problem with them is that they dont put my mail completely in my mail box. Multiple times Ive called about this concern. My mail has gotten wet on numerous occasions because of this. When you dont push mail completely in and is now exposed, youre also inviting thieves to steal our mail. Who knows how many times this has happened. On one occasion I found mail stuck on my windshield wiper ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! USPS here, i guess, want to lose their employment. I"m talking about one day postal service being extinct.

I go here often, Some days you get the carrot the other days you get the stick. Im here to complain about the lawn. Its either brown and the grass needs to be cut. Which is so weird to have dead grass that is overgrown. I finally saw a lawn company cut the grass and trim the palm trees. But it still looked like an ATOMIC BOMB HIT. "CLEAN UP YOUR LAWN!!!!!!!!!

Im torn, I love the face to face customer service at the office but good God, the mail lady in my area only takes my packages when she damn feels like it. She will just puts the flag down and take off! Im a seller and I cant make so many trips to the postal office. It is very inconvenient for me , especially when all they have to do is scan the package.

They employees are so rude to customers especially non English speaking customers and elderly people. They treat u like youre wasting theyre time. And dont dare ask questions because they will not have it. Every single time I come to this place is witness how horrible they are and literally will scream NEXT in your face. Its just shameful

Horrible lost important government documents twice without any apology or action just a "we dont know where they are" now its going to cost me upwards of 700 bucks to refile forms and months of more waiting and they dont care they said we will look into it and call you back alone ever did...am going to file formal complaint unacceptable

I have ordered some products and they never get to my house on 3 different occasions. When I get to the post office to pick them up, they told me that they are lost. I tracked the orders from the company where I ordered the products and they always show delivery confirmation. I hate the Mission Post Office...Cost me $600

The people at the location have an awesome sense of humor and some individual might misinterpret that. They constantly hustling to get you the best rate possible and willing to help you with anything. Cant think of going elsewhere, i always have a laugh when stopping by to ship something.

Friendly customer service when Ive talked to them over the phone and face to face... However, we have had A LOT of problems with getting our mail delivered... Theyve lost packages and important documents... No mail delivered for 4 days straight... We call and call but no one answers :/

Struggling to get consistent delivery of my mail since March 2016... they are not able to resolve the issue. Even tried to get a PO Box and that too had inconsistent delivery. Ive reported to main USPS number and have two investigations into the issue and it hasnt resolved the issue.

Dont get too exited if you call to ask if you can pick up an express item; by phone they will say yes and in person they will say youll have to wait. It takes 3 days for an express package to travel from Japan to Texas and more than 3 days from the local usps to your house.

What is wrong with the carriers? Cant they read? They keep delivering my mail to someone else. Dont ask them to hold mail for delivery later. Hold mail and pick up yourself. That is the only way you will get it. :(
