I ordered a package from Japan on June 28, 2016. The USPS shows the package was delivered to my address on June 5, 2016. I did not receive the package. The USPS website shows a signature, and it appears to be my name on the signature, but is IS NOT MY SIGNATURE. My signature does not look like the one that appears on the package. I tried to explain my situation clearly and concisely to the clerks, but they treated me like I was an idiot. They claimed that if someone signed for it, then theres nothing they can do about it. I told them the signature was not mine. I added that if I had signed that I murdered someone, then that wouldnt by virtue mean that I did it. I have proof that I dont have the item I was supposed to receive. You see, this is not the first time this postal annex has done something like this. They have lost numerous packages of mine only to turn around and not be helpful in any way when Ive gone to the annex to resolve an issue. Theyve lost about six of my packages from Japan in the past three years. Ive lived in more than one residence that the annex serves, and have had my share of problems with the Glenn Lakes post office. They are rude, argumentative, and will not offer my solutions. I do not look at this matter as a cut and dried case. So, Im supposed to be out over 82 USD? Thats a lot of money, especially considering that the item is already a limited edition. I guess this package going missing just makes it all the more limited. Who knows where it is? Maybe, the clerks didnt want to look for it,because I was digruntled. That sounds logical. I have gone into that post office complaining before about them not delivering packages, and have sworn up and down they dont have the item there. Then later in the evening, theyll drop it on my doorstep without so much as an apology. One time, I did have the head clerk(?) come to my door at 830 PM back on some day in 2013 to deliver a package I had told them they were supposed to have delivered. I remember them arguing with me on the phone that it showed it as being delivered. I told them it wasnt, no the arguing went back and forth. They started being belligerent which is exactly what happens on July 11, 2016 when I reported the current mess thats going on. So, my complaint is based on not only todays issue with my missing package, but it also applies to the years of (expletive) Ive had to deal with for years from that post office. I need a formal apology from the post office, and I need my item. I cannot prove to the shipper in Japan that I did not receive the item if your service says I signed for it. I did not sign for it. Someone had to have forged my signature, because I dont sign my name like that, and I, of course, do not have the item in hand. After reading online reviews of the annex at 3701 Glenn Lakes Ln., it is very clear that I am not the only one who has had the same/similar complaints. They have lost my now deceased dads prescriptions, my packages from eBay, and other important things I happen to be waiting on, and Im sick of the incompetence. I will add that I have also had the postal carrier come to me days after a delivery date saying they "found this in the back of the delivery truck." Huh? That happened after I had to go inside and complain. That is very unprofessional. Thats as bad as them saying they came to my door to deliver something, and that I wasnt there. I have three dogs who bark at the door when someone knocks, so I know the annex lies when they say they knocked to deliver. Screw these morons. I hope they get theirs one day. They deliver through rain, sleet and snow as long as they dont have to walk ten feet to get to your door on a sunny day.

Carrier frequently misdelivers mail. In the last month I have not received my renewed drivers license, notice of rescheduled property tax protest, and vehicle registration renewal. I check my mail each day and was specifically waiting for these items so I know they were not delivered. I have complained before but the service appears to have gotten worse. Maybe its retaliation by the carrier. Cant get through by telephone (they must take it off the hook at the local post office). The national complaint number doesnt seem to have an option for mere non delivery. I am very frustrated with the service by my local USPS. Got through by phone once after calling all morning, said they would find someone for me to register a complaint. Put me on hold for 30 minutes... I guess they dont register customer complaints.

They deliver my package next door. It show online signed and received so I confront my neighbor he said I didnt receive your item. I went to USPS office talked to the courier she said I didnt know your shop exist. She said she ship it back to the sender. Now, sender never receive the package. So I went to the office after 6 days. They say theyll investigate theyll give me a call for update. Its 7 days of expected delivery and no solution to my issue. This location must change management else I recommend them to close. They S**K.

I could not be more unhappy with the postal service. Any packages delivered by UPS make it safely to my door with no problem. Any package that is delivered to my mail box by USPS disappears forever. I can only assume its incompetence of the postal workers(putting things in the wrong box, so dishonest neighbors keep it) or just plain theft, as the postal workers just keeps whatever appeals to them. Its mind-boggling that a package sitting on my front porch is somehow safer than whats in my locked mailbox. Its a disgrace.

Everytime I have a package delivered that doesnt fit in my mailbox they put it in a larger mailbox and leaves a key that never works. 100% of the time. Im like why dont you take the time to check to see if they key works before you leave peoples belongings where they can not get to them. They have no clue how urgent that item may be. I paid overnight delivery for nothing because I cant get into the mailbox!!!! Now their phone is busy all morning and I cant address it.

Worst post office didnt answer the phone when I called. Showed up wait 10 minutes for help and when someone came they yelled saying what do you want told them I was there for a packed and they said they didnt have it with out even asking who I am or who the package was for. Told them it was for me and was sent to the local post office and told me it wasnt showed them the email saying its there and still said no then closed window while I was still there

If I could give 0 star, I will. No parking! Staff moving extremely slow and had the nerve to tell us " you need to give me a little bit time, Im only one person here". No sense of urgency. I put in the app for the key to the mailbox for my new house. Never called me to pick up the key. 2 weeks later, I went to the office and the key Was ready. The staff couldnt find my registered mail when I gave her the notice. Have never seen a post office like this.
