The posted hours are 8a-4p, I walked in at 8:05 and the window was still closed. A few minutes later an elderly man wearing a suit came out of the door across and asked if I needed help, I said yes I need to send an urgent, certified letter, and he said okay let me see where "they" (meaning the worker I assume) are at. I said okay thanks, a few minutes later he comes back and says I dont where they are... I just stared at him blankly and said okay well this is urgent and the sign says yall open at 8am so.... he said okay go to the front office and ask for Dusty. So I did, I walked around the corner to the Windcrest front office window and asked for Dusty, he said what do you need, and I said I need to send an urgent, certified letter. And his response was, "I cant help you" he said he didnt know where "they" were. So that was embarrassing, I walked back to the post office window, by now its past 8:30, then the man in the suit asked me what Dusty said, so I told him and he responded, "oh" with a blank stare and walked away. So I sat down and waited, mind you I have my 2 toddlers with me, this was supposed to be a quick trip, in and out, and here we are over 30 minutes later, lost. So the man in the suit is just walking around, finally I asked him if anyone was coming to help me, he shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know? So I left. This was the worst experience of customer service Ive ever had.

Okay first of all the worker their is great. Gives really good customer service always friendly and very efficient. My only problem is with the post office supervisor. David is rude and very unprofessional. I was mailing an international package back when they still did it. He asked to see what was in my package after I died for a custom form and made me feel unwelcomed. I tried comparing but the worker in the front said he was at lunch. He took two hours. Seriously? Would give 5 stars for the girl. 0 for him.

The woman who works there is named Michelle. She is so personable and even when there is a line she still gives full attention and never makes you feel rushed. Great experiences.....especially compared to other post offices Ive been to.

Michelle, who works at the post office, is always friendly and finds nice words for every customer. Even if its crowded. Too bad that international stamps were out for more than 2 months?!

Very good customer service but I was disappointed by the lack of envelopes and items for sale.
