Wow if it could be given no stars I would. Other peoples personal mail is put in my box, little kids hand writing to Im guessing their mother or father with a completely different address written on them is out in my box. packages that contain hundreds of dollars of items that says "DO NOT FOLD" end up folded in the mail box. Im tempted to sit there all day any wait for the mail carrier and yell at them! Also when you try to call them, no one ever answers! Spent an entire day calling every 20 min and it rings for 10 minutes till it just ends the call. They even gave me the wrong key and mailbox number and had to wait for an hour to talk to someone that ultimately said "Ill have to talk to my manager". F that! Ill talk to your manager and have you all fired! No wonder why the post office is dying. Yall suck at your job! You have one job! Match the address to the corresponding mail box! How is it that difficult?! If there is an alternative to this method, please, someone let me know! Ill even pay to not deal with this bullshit!

Does anyone even read these reviews? It appears that there are a few "planted" reviews over a rating of 1. I amazes me that this Post Office can be so bad and nothing can be done about it. From letter carriers to customer service counter folks, I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I tried to talk with my letter carrier yesterday and he immediately started yelling at me about not picking up my mail in a timely manner. When I tried to talk with him, he continued talking over me and I finally yelled. Thats when he told me to leave and pulled out his camera and started video taping me yelling and telling me I was committing a felony by yelling at him. Very intimidating! However, the folks at the PO are very rude to me now also. My service has declined over the past few months and I am at their mercy. This is extremely scary and disturbing. If I could post 0 stars, I would, but it made me put in at least one. I see many people on this site echo my concern. Please do something!

USPS crashed into our truck (parked in front of our residence) at 6:20am. Sheriffs deputies, fire trucks/EMS there. USPS van and our truck towed. Supervisor refuses to communicate with our ins. co. and us, refuses to let us speak to postmaster, employees say they dont know PMs name ("Mike" is all they know?!), sheriffs office says they cant force USPS to comply. Supervisor rude (phone and in person), condescending, unbelievable. PM didnt answer our knocks on his closed office door. Filed formal complaint with: USPS, Senator, State Representative, Governor, Attorney General. Wish us luck. Sons employment in jeopardy, has to have truck for work. We will have to pay $1,000 deductible if USPS wont communicate with our insurance company, were told truck will probably be totaled. New, didnt even have plates in yet! Merry Christmas from the United States Postal Service! I had to take off from work for this?! Tax dollars, hard at work. Oh wait, hardly working...yeah, thats it.

I would give them one star if they had all been disrespectful but the people I have had to talk to were courteous. However, Ive lived in the area for 8 months and theyve messed up 3 packages. First, 2 of the packages were put in the wrong locker (one of them was a textbook that I wouldve had in time had they delivered it correctly) and I explained that I was given the wrong key. It took them about a week to realize/admit it was misdelivered so finally put it in a different locker then gave me the proper key. More recently, they delivered and had me sign for a yellow envelope that was completely empty! I had the courier check her vehicle then called them to check the office, nothing, opened a claim/investigation. 2 weeks later, a courier leaves my items on my patio chair with a handwritten note saying it was in their office. Seriously guys?! Get your stuff together. It cant be that difficult given the number of post offices that run efficiently (like the one in my hometown).

on usual occasions USPS delivers our mail at around 11:30am-12:30pm, and thats fine thats not the issue. the issue is when i have to sign for a package in which im home literally all day and not once was the door knocked upon, door bell ringed etc, so when i checked my tracking info it merely stated "Notice Left (No Recipiet Available), attempted delivery at 12:36pm" when i was home and not once did anyone attempt a delivery... im usually okay with the usps around here and generally are quick and efficient with minor mistakes (like getting neighbors mail) but for no one to even remotely "ATTEMPT" to see if anyone is home etc and just drive away like "meh" is the worst possible thing ESPECIALLY on a SATURDAY. Cause i dont think they know this but USPS is CLOSED on SUNDAY, so now i got to wait another 2 days just to go and get my package from them because the person who attempted the delivery wasnt even doing their job. so thanks USPS

How do you give negative stars?!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE MORONS. They actually answered my call today, shockingly, but continue to give us the run around about our mail. We just moved to Parkside at Mayfield Ranch and have NO MAILBOX and they say they have no mail for us, which is impossible. Where does it go then? Do they eat it, throw it away, put it in someone elses box? Come on people. UNACCEPTABLE! We have filled out THREE mail hold forms and each time we go back asking for our mail they claim to never have received a hold order. SERIOUSLY! And their excuse? They have too many routes and our mail should be routed to the closer Cedar Park post office....blah blah blah BLAH! That is NOT your customers problem you idiots! Our neighborhood is 3 years old, how on earth do we not have a mailbox yet???? Stop the excuses, assign us a mailbox, and start delivering our mail!

This place is the worst post office ive ever experienced! Ive lived in 4 different states and never had this horrible of service! You call the numbers!!!! The phone just rings!!! We live in a neigborhood where the boxes are at front of neighborhood. I can not even get my certified mail delivered. Ask the deliver folks nicely you still do not get the mail. Express your disapproval they still wont deliver your mail. I am getting fined because im not not receiving notices! They do not care! What happened to customer service?? And we pay these people with our tax dollars! What a joke!! if i performed my job at this level, was a smart ass and displayed suck lack of ability to perform my job i would be fired! Our tax dollars well spent on another branch of cooperate Goverment!! And you cant do anything about it!

I was trying to plan my day of running errands and because it was a Saturday I needed to find out what time this post office closes this way I would know if I should take my husband to work at 6am or not. I checked online to find the hours but there on none posted. So I called the phone number provided instead, thinking I would get a recording because it was a little after 5am. This absolutely awful woman answers the phone and has the nerve to chastise me about the time and how she thought I was one of her carriers. I dont see how that was my problem when all I was asking for was what time do you close! Of course I was half asleep otherwise I probably would have had words for her as well but I simply hung up on her once she told me 10. I will definitely be filing some sort of complaint!
