This post office is THE WORST! Soooo many problems... 1) They NEVER answer the phone & if its busy, its cause the guy in the back is sitting there on personal calls (Ive witnessed this 3times, including today). 2) If you go to the help center, the ladies look annoyed, unfriendly & are short tempered, I once went in to mail a large item to a friend in a different state & asked them to walk me through the process of what needed to be done, being that Im just entering my adult years & had never mailed anything before & they seemed overly annoyed. I mean, Im guessing you shouldnt work in customer service if you have a problem ummmm serving customers?! 3) Went here last year to pick up a package Id received a slip for, went to the service window, buzzed the buzzer & waited outside the door for literally 45min, as a line of 5customers grew behind me & we all angrily waited in disbelief, as it was business hours & though the window was closed (which it wasnt supposed to be) we heard the man on a personal call & he blatantly mentioned that he was ignoring us! The only reason he FINALLY came to the window is because the guy behind me got so angry he pounded on the door violently for 5min straight! And the man had a bad attitude like we were inconveniencing him by wanting him to do his job & give us our parcels! 4) Went in today about an hour ago, to get a package...same guy from the same 5years Ive lived in the area...on a personal call, laughing/talking about things unrelated to work, while in full uniform & in customer view (shocker: this time with the window open)...I buzzed & he glared at me & yelled that they were closed, even though Id JUST seen him service a customer as I was walking in?! They desperately need a new staff cause the ppl here are beyond ridiculous.

If this place was a business and not a government agency with zero accountability, none of these people would have jobs. The people who deliver the mail have zero pride in their work and they come around with an attitude like they own the place. They set mail bins on the ground and walk away with the mail unattended, and dont even attempt to put the mail in the right boxes. If you try to call the post office, the phone is either left off of the hook or they hang up on you without answering. I just called today to see why I havent had any mail for a week, and the person with a foreign accent who answered the phone said, "We havent had any mail; we dont know where it is, and the carriers went home early because they dont have any mail to deliver. It will probably be flooded on Monday."" Thats the key phrase "the carriers went home early." Its a Saturday, and they probably didnt want to work. Laziest, most unprofessional people ever. No one else in this world gets to earn $15-$20 an hour and more for this kind of workmanship and "service." By the way, I see the mail semi-trucks driving in and out of the office every day, so are they empty? Are the truck drivers just pretending to do their jobs, too? Start hiring people who want to earn a living instead of every person who would rather be sitting at home collecting a welfare check. It shows. This place needs to be INVESTIGATED.

THIS POST OFFICE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE POSTMASTER. If you need your mail, do NOT use this Post Office. They will keep your packages until you claim them, they will not place them in your PO Box and will NOT notify you that they have arrived. If you use this Post Office and get a box there after reading this, you are foolish. But at least GET TRACKING ON EVERYTHING it is the only way that you will be able to claim your item. However, if someone sends you a surprise gift in a package but doesnt tell you it is coming (and if they dont supply you TRACKING) then this Post Office will simply keep the package. You wont get it. They seem to assume that you dont know its coming and therefore they can keep it if you dont take it. At least that is the only reason that I can see WHY this Post Office would be denying us our mail. Because they want to KEEP IT, rather than just give it to us. Switched Post Offices as soon as I could, you should too if you want your mail. This is NOT A JOKE nor an exaggeration; THIS POST OFFICE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE POSTMASTER.

Went to the post office to get assigned a mail box at my new business in a shopping center. They told me it would take up to a week for the lock to be changed. Three week later it still not change so I went up there to ask why. The lady was beyond rude to me like it was my fault. I told her I need my mail what do I do. She acted brother told to meet the carrier when she came. I told her I couldnt Im not open yet and I working full time still at my job. I had to take time off just to do this. So then she said I could put it on hold and they would get my mail from the box and I could pick it up at that post office. I asked her when is the soonest I can pick up my mail. Could not get a straight answer. She said he would pick up my mail the next day but she would not tell me when it would be available. I asked will it be tomorrow Friday? Never got a straight answer just a maybe. It was like pulling teeth. I need my mail. I see why they have a bad rating.

I moved into my new apartment over 2 weeks ago. I went to this post office a week ago to pick up my mail keys. They told me that they ran out of mail keys and would take my name and number down and give me a call when they got some in. I asked them how long it would be and they said "any day now". First of all, how does a post office run out of mail keys? Isnt that one of those things you would order more of? Also, I saw the list she put me on, and there were several people on it. At least 20+. Its been a week and I still havent gotten a call. Everytime I try to call them, their line is busy. I would drive across town to go to another post office and not have to deal with this. Unfortunately its the designated post office I have to pick up my keys from because its my city. Completely unprofressional. Once I obtain my keys (probably a month from now), I will not return here.

Bottom line: No accountability for failure. A package of mine was checked in as delivered at my apartment complex, but never arrived in the office or my mailbox. After three calls to this address, I received no information about my package and no one called me back with an update. I was able to speak to my mail carrier in person as she delivered, and learned that on the date it was "delivered," a different postal worker was doing the rounds. That individual may have checked in the package, but they failed to deliver it to the right place. The USPS has failed to get back to me about this and one can only assume does not have systems in place to hold its employees accountable when they fail at simple tasks. I have also checked and ensured that the destination address was 100% correct; it was.
