Whoever delivers mail to our apartment complex really needs to do a better job. Its like they wont take a minute to deliver a box to your door. Over Christmas a box was crammed into my mailbox and I had to literally tear it apart to get it and the gift it contained out. Now a package that was supposed to be delivered wasnt and according to its online status "instructions were left." Too bad there is no notice or any instructions as to how to get my package. You really shouldnt claim to deliver things that you made no effort to deliver.

Friendly staff, but our mailbox is left open sometimes we have complained but nothing is done about it, we also get a lot of misdelivered mail. They need to be open on sat.
