Do you enjoy waiting in long lines, never having your phone calls answered EVER, and having your mail lost, delivered to your neighbors, or just plain not delivered at all for no apparent reason? Is your blood pressure and stress level just too darn low? Then this is the post office for you! This place frustrates me to no end. Ginger, the carrier for my neighborhood, is unbelievably terrible. She just randomly skips my house some days and Im constantly exchanging mail with the neighbors cause she delivers it to the wrong addresses all the time. I have a spot in the kitchen where I keep all the mail thats not mine and once a week or so I have to go give it to the rightful owners. Im currently waiting for a phone call from them right now about a lost package that was marked as delivered even though my mailbox is empty because the stupid incompetent carrier either skipped my house again or gave it to somebody else. Seriously, how hard is it to look at the address on a piece of mail and put it in the right mailbox?! Im going to have to drive over there for the second time today(cause they literally NEVER answer their phone!) cause I know theyre not going to call me and the only way Ill get my mail is to go sit in the lobby and make a nuisance of myself. This post office is the absolute embodiment of ineptitude. Some people need to be fired here.

I guess USPS Policies are fabricated and enforced by a postal work named David at this location. As a business weve been using the same envelopes and postage meter for five years. Last week he decided to impose new regulations (that cannot be corroborated anywhere on the USPS website) and refused to accept our mail unless we paid twice as much for shipping. When we went to the main post office in town the Postmaster at that location said that David had already called over there to "warn them" we would be coming over. The Postmaster advised us that David was, in fact, wrong. We also shipped a package with David that same day, it was delivered today. It looked like it had been through a war zone, I guess petty retaliation isnt beneath some postal workers. Avoid this location at all costs and if you must go, dont upset the employees, theyll destroy your property.

Basically a ridiculous waste of a building. The staff are the most unpersonable people I have every met. They are not helpful at all and do not seem to have any idea what they are even doing. Iv also been waiting 7 days for them to get new keys made for my cluster mail box. Every time I call its the same excuse "someone should be out in a few days to change the locks and give you a call for key pick up". Well when is this happening? Naturally they cant give a day or time. There are a few things I cant deal with until I get whats currently locked in my box. Its to the point I would rather just change the mailing address to a family members house. That would be quicker than waiting for this place to do anything.

The worst post office in Norman. I usually go to the main post office on Gray St. but I was on the other side of town and needed to mail something. I have been here a few times before and its always the same. The people working are not personable at all. They dont tell me anything about the package Im mailing except tell me how much it will cost. There are no pens any where and when I ask for a pen the man said he will let me use his but I have to give it back. Which is reasonable and I wasnt mad about that except he was being serious and didnt seem happy at all. It was very off putting. I never have a good experience there. I love the post office on Gray Street though Big Tone is my favorite.

I called this office this morning, after I saw that a package I was waiting on had been "Undeliverable as Addressed." I was on the phone call a mere 5 minutes, and they immediately found the issue, and had my package at their office. The only small issue I had was that they would not take the package back to my house today, but said I could either pick it up, or they could take it to my house the next day. I work 45 minutes away, therefore, I wouldnt make it there in time to pick it up before they close. But I suppose it is reasonable, since they have certain routes to follow at different times of the day. Overall, I am pleased with this particular post office.

The same as any other post office. Ive never dealt with the staff here until today and its the same customer un-service you get at any other. I had to deal with a counter clerk today and she literally went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible. She answered all my questions with sarcasm and after I told her EXACTLY what service I wanted to mail my document with she said "I dont know what they told you but..." then proceeded to tell me all the stupid ways I could mail it, enumerating the option I JUST SAID. Seriously, if it werent so much cheaper theyd have gone out of business ages ago.

This post office has horrible delivery drivers. My driver has delivered packages and mail to the wrong address numerous times (Including Christmas packages that are being tracked). I have received the wrong mail countless times (Not even the same address..not even on the same street). The office has never been ruse or disrespectful, but there is always a long wait to mail anything (Holiday season or not). The USPS Customer Service dept is horrible as well...no one takes charge and they place blame on the individual post offices.

I give it an OK rating for these reasons: Its located conveniently for me, it has plenty of parking, it has drive up mail boxes, and it has a self-help kiosk. After that, it suffers. I always have to wait when I go inside. Often there are many people in line and only one worker working the front. You see and hear other people but they do not help. The workers often seem to be robots and do not have much personality. If you do not have to have help or need to interact with a human, then this place is handy.

Getting to know your neighbors is good, having to exchange mail with them on a weekly basis because screwed up deliveries, not so much. This has been going on for 5 years for me. Neighbors have stated its been going in for around 10 years. Seriously!?!? Every once in a while is one thing as nobody is perfect and accidents happen but this has been fairly regular.

My package was placed in a office box at my apartments and the key would not unlock the box. After my husband brought the key to this location to get the box open, they said they would fix the key by last Saturday so i could get my package. My package is STILL in that box. Worst customer service ever,if i could review with 0 stars i would.

No one answers the phone here. I was out of town and needed to extend the hold on my mail, but no one EVER answered the phone and my mail sat out in the weather for 5 days. This post office is dispicable and the manager of it needs to be flogged for not taking care of the people who pay his salarie via using the post office.
