I got in a literal "Fender Killer" accident with another person and immediately reported it to my insurance company Allstate. Of course the accident was my fault, so I was more than distraught. Allstate gave me a few options; however, I just wanted to drop my car off somewhere and get things back to normal ASAP. Allstate recommended Caliber Collision which was just 1 mile from my house. Just moments after hanging up with Allstate, I received a phone call from Caliber letting me know that their next available drop off date was Tuesday at 7:30AM. So I agreed to the appointment. Upon dropping off the car, I met with Steve Blackwell from Caliber. He quickly came out with me to my car to assess all the damages. I told him my concern(s) regarding the alignment possibly being off since the vehicle definitely hit my tire. He reassured me that they would make sure everything was back to normal. Anything they found out of whack would be taken care of. Steve definitely made me feel comfortable with the whole process and provided me the reassurance that they would work with my insurance to make sure all damages were corrected. I received a phone call from Steve the next day letting me know that they had all the parts on order and that we were looking at a "delivery date" of the following Tuesday. I was impressed with how detailed he was with me over the phone on all actions they were taking with my car to get it back to me quickly. Just two days later, Friday, I receive a phone call from Steve letting me know that all parts came in early from BMW . . . I was very happy and surprised that all the replacement parts were Original Manufacturer parts, when other places I have been to almost always use after market or cheaper materials. Especially when insurance companies are picking up the tab. Steve let me know that I could pick up the car anytime after 3PM. I arrived at 5:00PM that same day. Steve greeted me immediately and just a few minutes later, pulled my car around. It looked BRAND NEW. All damage to the car was limited to the fender and maybe a little scratch on the wheel. They had completely resurfaced the wheel as it looked brand new. The hood, fender and drivers side door were all freshly painted and the paint was matched perfectly. They even touched up a few scratches they found on other parts of the vehicle. I was totally impressed. I bought the car used in the first place and it never looked this good - even on the dealers lot. Needless to say, the entire process was made 100% painless by Caliber and Allstate. There was no fighting with the insurance company or trying to convince the repair shop to do things right. They provided me with wonderful service and top of the line replacement parts, none of which I specifically asked for. On top of this, both Allstate and Caliber informed me that if I found anything out of place, or noticed any further damage, that my repair is 100% guaranteed for life. I couldnt be happier. All in all, I didnt have to lift a finger. All phone calls were initiated by either Allstate or Caliber. If you find yourself in a little (or big) accident, and your insurance company allows you to pick a facility, I would choose Caliber from this point forward. Of course, heres to hoping I dont "have to" use them again, but if Im presented with a similar situation later in life, I know where Im going. I rarely take the time to post reviews, but this is an exception! Others may benefit from my experience with Caliber Collision in Keller, TX. My 71 year-old mother was visiting from Montana, and while driving to TX from MT, she had problems with the corner of her Subaru Imprezas front bumper becoming detached and flapping in the wind. (Apparently, she had parked too closely to a curb and ripped the bumper corner off while backing out from the parking space). She was forced to duct tape the bumper and resecure it many times per day so that she could finish her 4-day drive somewhat safely. When she arrived at my home in Keller, I took her to Caliber Collision in Keller (on Main Street behind Discount Tire).i scheduled an appointment for early the following day, and they quickly fixed the problems - they repaired the piece the bumper attaches to and also replaced many of the plastic clips that hold the bumper securely to the body of the vehicle. When we asked what we owed (AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE), they said "consider our service to be complimentary" and told her to enjoy her stay in Texas and wished her a safe return to Montana. The appointment was scheduled very quickly by the kind woman who answered the phone. The work was completed in less than an hour. Servicepersons and ALL personnel were kind and professional. We were extremely impressed with the OUTSTANDING service and interpersonal dealings with all employees. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all body work needs and will definitely refer others! As a woman who was born and raised by a mechanic father, in my personal experience, many auto mechanics and body shops eagerly take advantage of female customers -- overpricing work, quoting much lower than the actual cost after repairs, and oftentimes even performing unnecessary services. This was NOT the case with Caliber Collision! We were definitely impressed.

Hands down the best customer service I gave ever experienced. Not only was the process very easy from start to finish but They went way above and beyond to get my car back in good condition. Jarret was exceptional and helped me with so many things. He even went as far as helping me move my car seat between vehicles and carried my bags when I had my daughter with me. They washed my car and from the looks of it even vacuumed it out for me when they finished. I am very happy with the service I was provided here.

we have been waiting for our car for 6 weeks now... supposeably our vehicle has been ready since thursday 12/22/2016 and according to Sean they are finishing paper work... its now tuesday 12/27/2016 and nobody there knows anything! Sean is off and we have to continue to wait on paper work... this is unacceptable... we have to pay extra for rental for their lack of organization and communication. Terrible service and the lady that answers the phone rude and never knows anything!

I used this location when I was involved in an accident, Cody was my service advisor and he was awesome. Cody called and texted me with updates on my vehicle and even stayed a few minutes late in order for me to pickup my vehicle. My vehicle was in great shape, they did a great job repairing my rear bumper and my car was returned washed inside and out!

Long story short, a car wash popped the top corner of my front bumper out of place. Took it to caliber and after being qouted for a whole new bumper they had one of the techs look at it and he was able to work out a way to fix it. I was in and out in about an hour and since it was such a simple fix they even did it for free

Went in today to discuss a repair, my insurance company set them up to look at my car. They wouldnt grant me 5 minutes of their precious time to look at the rather minor damage, explained to me over the period of 10-15 minutes why they couldnt grant me 5 minutes without first making an appointment. Not impressed.
