The whole team was very helpful and kind. I had originally needed one piece replaced and the other buffed/repainted. Jasper was wonderful in getting everything done in one day, even though the schedule only had one scheduled for that day. In addition, he was good about calling me with updates and also updating through texts. The repair made my car look like new. There were no flaws; the repair was very sleek. Jasper did an amazing job and was highly professional and courteous. Caliber Collision also provided a car wash and vac service, making my car look even better. They went above and beyond to make my car look like new. Caliber Collision also provided a shuttle to and from home so that I could get other things done during the day. The only down fall with Caliber Collision was that I went in on a Friday for an estimate, to see how long it would be to get the part in, and to schedule my next appointment. I was told that the part would probably be in the following Wednesday. I understand it may be difficult in determining shipment time (plus paint time and drying time of part); however, I was not updated as to when part would be in. I called that Wednesday to find out when it would be in, and was told the "parts guy" was out, but would give me a follow up call. I did not get a follow up call or "courtesy call". I then called Friday, to see if there was an update. I was told the same thing and never received a follow up call. I called again the following Monday to see if there were any updates. They were able to schedule the repairs to be done the following day. Again, I understand that it is difficult to get a shipment time on parts, but I disliked that I was told I would get a call back for updates but never did. I was the one who had to call to find out when I would need to bring my car in, which is difficult with a busy schedule. Even with this, I would still definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends for their superior service.

The whole repair process was extremely fast, when I went to drop my car off for my claim it was EXTREMELY EASY, I had thought that it would take a while to do all the paperwork and the whole inspection but nope, didnt take long AT ALL, and same for my repairs, I had my car within a few days, I was notified on how everything was going. I had Joe who helped me with my repairs and my claim and made the entire process genuinely enjoyable even though being in an accident is terrible, everyone was super nice and friendly! And to make things even better aside from Joe helping me with my car, he also offered to help with a headlight assembly installation. Im a huge fan of great customer service, Joe and the entire Caliber Collision team definitely delivered and went above and beyond for me and for that I am extremely thankful for. I will continue to use this company and refer friends and family for as long as I can because my family and I were extremely satisfied with the results and the service we received from everybody here. Completely dissatisfied , total miscommication all around . Took over a week past schedule and Im still waiting on my car . And their response to everything is "we ordered the wrong parts" what do they do just order parts with there eyes closed ? . let me remind you they said this 3times ! . Ive taken it here previously for minor work and wasnt so happy either they sanded over too much and scrathed up my other door . And Ive stopped by plenty of times to check up on my vehicle and then they started closing the garage door where my car cant be seen . now thats its back open I didnt even see anyone even attempting to work on it and there was 3 guys just smoking cigs and moping around . These guys needs lots to work on I Highly recommend NOONE COMING HERE

Ill try to make this short. The staff was friendly and courteous, before and after I took my vehicle in for work. The Geico adjuster took care of all the paperwork in a timely manner. The work done to my 2015 Honda Civic door was excellent, I cant complain, and this coming from someone who pays attention to every detail, and I double inspected their work for any imperfections, none found. Rental vehicle was made available even though I had not reserved one through my insurance. Thank you Caliber Collision for the excellent service you have provided me.

This Repair shop is by far one of the best around the coastal bend! The customer service was so awesome, and the staff well i cant thank them enough!!! You guys are doing an awesome job, i have read a few bad reviews and have to say i totally disagree with any of them!!! you guys took care of me from the time i walked in to the time i picked up my vehicle!!! Your staff is awesome, the receptionist was so nice and very accommodating she even made popcorn for my little nephew which i have to say is awesome! kepp up the good work and god bless you all!!

WORST PLACE EVER! This one deserves to burn to the ground! Go to ANY other Calliber Collision I wish I could get ahold of the owner of this one to share my horrible experience with the staff especially the rude lady infront with glasses. I left in tears but thankfully I got my claim info switched to the one on ayers and they are going to help me out.

Avoid if you can. My vehicle took weeks to get back, they did not address several issues when dropped off, and upon closer inspection I needed to take it elsewhere and did, which caused me to go without my car even longer. The seams where the bumper are not even, so back into a shop it goes.
