Quality Auto Body did a wonderful job repairing my sons car. However their detail to customer service is lacking which resulted in additional expense to my college aged son. I was called on a Tuesday and informed that the car would not be finished by Thursday as a door latch mechanism had a not been received. I was asked what phone number would be the best contact to call when completed so I gave them my cell # as well as my sons cell #. No follow-up completion call from Quality Auto Body was received as validated by our cell phone history. Quality Auto Bodys lack of attention to detail in providing a follow-up completion call, resulted in me getting a call from the insurance company asking why we had not returned the rental car. This resulted in a bill for 4 extra days of car rental. When explaining to the production manager the facts related to the rental charge, and with continual interruption by the receptionist, I was told they would not accept any fault related to the rental transaction and was asked to leave. Poor customer service with lack of intergrity to accept they had made a mistake !!!!!!!!

I recently took my Subaru in to Quality Auto body after being rear ended. The repair was a simple replacing and re-painting of my rear bumper, and a few other minor touches. The only positive thing I can say about their business is that everyone in the office I talked to were very pleasant and professional. As for the actual service they provide i.e. bodywork, I could not be more dissatisfied. Problem one, the new bumper already had a few scuffs and scratches before I even got it back. Problem two, they did not reinstall a bumper scratch guard, they did make good on this after I brought it back and they got a different, new one from the local Subaru dealer. THE BIGGEST Problem was the installation of the new bumper, there are three metal tabs for securing the bottom of the bumper, these tabs were bent up as a result of the accident, the technician at "Quality" did not bend these tabs straight in order to attach the new bumper. This is a clear example that someone working there does not have any regard at all for the type of work he/she puts out.

Very Slow to repair rear ended car & expensive (5k & 10 days). Initially did VERY poor job aligning bumper, rear tail lights and rear panels. Tried to give the car back after blowing the main fuse (radio & heater did not work). DID pay for a rental car and repair the electrical issue. How do you blow a main fuse changing a rear tail light? I am not impressed BUT They DID fix it and the alignment of the panels looks good now, and the paint always looked good. UPDATE: Quality of the work has held up very well so I upgraded the review to a liked it because as usual, the trials of the time fade and the results that have lasted are more important.

Wow my car looks awesome! Thanks Quality for getting my car back to new again. I had my Dealership inspect it after the repairs and they said it looks as good as new and could not even tell, for such a large repair that makes me feel good. Thanks for taking care of all the details with my insurance company and keeping me so well informed during this whole thing, as this was all very new to me. I will tell as many people as I can about how you took care of all my worries. My car has never looked so good! Thanks again.

We have used Quality Auto Body since the 1980s when we had a windshield replaced there. Were impressed with their staff and their commitment to excellence through the continuous training of their employees and how they look to improve their services with additional services like chip repair even though they could make more money selling you a new windshield. We would recommend them to anyone and have and will continue to do so

Dont go here - they have no integrity, honesty, or customer service. They did not repair my car issue, although they charged me for it and would not follow up and take care of the issue (or give a refund). Terrible. I also later read bad reviews on BBB and other posts. I wish I would have checked them out first - then I would have went somewhere else!

Came for an estimate after and accident. So far the customer service has been incredible. They reached out to me to let me know when I could come in and were very flexible on timing to swing by for an estimate. Estimator was thorough and found things I didnt even notice. Great experience with Quality Auto!

Great customer service! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. So far all Ive done is get an insurance estimate from them, I had a dent that was preventing the drivers door to open. While they were figuring the estimate they actually popped out the dent so I could use the door again, free of charge!

Took almost double the time from the original estimate. The work done was good but all parts were refurbd on hand parts and straightening of what metal was bent, no reason for doubling a week estimate. Even if they came in on time at 1 week would still only give 3 stars. Nothing special.

They did a great job of replacing my mangled windshield and door, the paint job was excellent, and when I had to go back for a slight adjustment they let me walk in without an appointment and they fixed it within minutes--all with a smile. Highly recommend.

I just had a vehicle repaired there. There was a bit of micommuncation, but John was quick and eager to make it right. I will be returning there again soon to repair my wifes vehicle. I would say that I feel very satisfied with the experience I had there.
