I had my vehicle worked on here and they did a terrible job. The paint didn’t match; they reused broken parts, and mismatched parts. When confronted, the management stated that it was the nature of the vehicle. It was explained to me that when cars are made, door panels don’t seal and close completely. That paint is impossible to match. And that not all parts will look like they did before the accident. The truth is, I got hosed. The boss/ owner conveniently was out of town for weeks and he was the one I need to talk to about complaining. I really wish I would have pushed the issue legally. Now a year later, my paint has flakes and rust spots. But I guess that’s the nature, but then why is the rest of my car not? Maybe that’s just the nature of their work. Don’t waste your time or money. They told me it was going to be a week, and a month and a half later I got a partially assembled car back. I had to remind them to place on trim and my radio antenna. Any shop that makes you pay upfront is probably running a shady business. Save your car and go somewhere else, this shop is awful.

I have had my vehicals in this shop more than once and every time I do they treat me like royalty. I cannot even come close to understanding where these negitive comments are coming from. I am not trying to brag but I drive a pretty nice 2012 Cadillac CTS-V and I hit a deer on an out of town buisness venture and they had my car back to me in a week looking better than it did new! I would strongly recomend using these guys for any body or paint work. They detailed my car for nothing and gave me a GREAT loaner car to drive while they had mine! If there were 15 stars to rate these guys would get every one of them!

I brought my car to Kammerer to have my fender repaired. The work they did turned out great but somehow my passenger side headlight was damaged while they had my car. The man I spoke with regarding the damage was very rude and refused to fix it, even though he walked around the car with me when I brought it in to get the estimate so I know he saw that the headlight was not damaged when I brought it there. The man at the shop was rude to me in front of my 7 year old son and wouldnt even look at the damage.

I had $15,000 damage to my Tahoe. I thought if it was fixed, it would never be the same. When I picked my Tahoe up at Kammerers, it looked brand new inside and out. I have driven it over 1,000 miles this week and it drove just like it did before the wreck. I called several times while they were fixing it and the customer service could not have been better. I live almost 4 hours from Wichita, but if I ever need work done again, it will be taken to Kammerers. Thank you for such an amazing job!

I got my car worked on here and I have sent all my clients to them as well. They did an OUTSTANDING job.... from what i heard pearl is a hard color to match and they did it perfectly. I have questioned my clients as well and not one of them left un happy. I will never take my car any where else if I get into another accident. Thank you Kammerer Auto Body for an excellent job! I did not have to pay up front either... I waited til the work was completed before i paid.

I had a dent in my Brand New Subaru Imprezas bumper that other places in Wichita quoted 500$+ to repair because of it being plastic. I took it to Kammerer, and was able to get it totally repaired for under 200$ in less than one day. They did a remarkable job, and even washed my car for me, inside and out! Highly recommend.

i had my car repaired after it was backed into and the work they did was horrible.the bumper didnt even match up to the body the taillights were offset and they did not do a alignment as they were instructed to do.i will never use this shop again i had just bought the car and now i will always be able to notice the damage.

I have gone to Kammerer quite a few times and have had nothing but a great experience. They treat you like youre their only customer and keep you informed of what is going on through the whole process. I dont even think about taking my vehicle to any other place but Kammerer.

Kammerer Auto Body is a great shop! Our experience has been awesome considering the unfortunate accident that brought us to them. They have made it a simple process dealing with the insurance company as well. Highly Recommend Kammerer! The staff was great!

This shop was OUTSTANDING! They have great customer service, and my car looked brand new!!! They do a very detailed cleaning when they finish and my car looked great!! They also have a very nice facility and a really cool fish tank inside! :)

I didnt get to have my car repaired because the insurance company totaled it, but the service and the time they spent explaining everything to me was unbelievable. Will be back for sure.

Went to Kammerer Body Shop. Great service. My car looks good and new. Will use them again if somebody else runs a stop sign.
