If I could give 0 stars, I would. Northtown is the worst dealership/shop I have ever been to. I bought my vehicle elsewhere but brought it to be serviced here in May of 2017. I brought it in not knowing what was wrong with it. They looked at it and told me the pistons all needed to be replaced and that they were under warranty. Great, so they did that and returned the vehicle to me. It wasnt but a week when the same problem came back. I brought the vehicle back into the shop. This time they said the fuel injectors needed to be replaced and it was NOT covered under warranty and it would cost nearly $1,000 to fix it. Having only one vehicle, I didnt have a choice so I told them to carry on and fix it. I got the vehicle back in a couple of days. This "fix" lasted a little more than a month and the same issue started again. I called them a third time, this time I wasnt very happy. I proceeded to tell them that this was still not fixed and that I have spent a lot of time and money on this and it was unacceptable. They told me their parts and labor had a year warranty and to bring it back in a third time. I brought it in this morning, July 10th at 7:30 AM and they called me at 10:30 AM stating that the fuel pump was bad and it needed to be replaced costing another $600. I asked them why this wasnt caught the first 2 times it was serviced and they didnt answer me directly. Now that my car is over the warranty mileage (it was NOT) over the first and second time it was serviced, they cannot replace it under warranty so the money will have to come out of pocket. I told them Ive had enough with their business and told them they cannot fix this. Sorry this was long, but I hope it tells just how bad this place really is. DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE.

They take advantage of the older generation. My Grandparents went in to check a flyer the got in the mail from them. The salesman talked them into taking a new vehicle for a test drive. When they came back to the dealership they were told that their 2014 Ford Fusion had been sold while they still held the title. My grandparents decided that they would purchase the new vehicle just to be done with it and were going to pay cash. The dealership contacted four different banks and set them up on a loan and handed them papers to sign. They unknowingly signed the loan documents and drove away. Once they read the paperwork they found out they had been given a loan and took the vehicle back within 7 days and they wouldnt take it back. On top of this they refused the extended warranty and were charged $7000 extra. Last little note: The free oil changes cost you $3000. Check the paperwork before you sign. They are shady and will try and get money out of you any way possible.

Northtowns oil change and car wash deal is the best in town. I used to just change my own oil because I assumed it was cheaper, but not with Northtowns low prices! Ive never bought a vehicle from Northtown, but when Im looking again its where Ill go. Tanner, Chris and Dave are always helpful and make going to a car dealership relaxing, fun and stress-free!

Bought a brand new truck 11-1-2012. Salesman was pushy, finance manager was even worse, I tried to undo deal a hour after signing said they couldnt. After talking to gm rep, it took 2 months for a call back, found out that was a lie. Still have it, every time I get in I still every bs statement they made.
