My wife and I are new to the area. My wife provided her cc prior to her appointment and agreed on a price for a service. When she showed up 15min early for her appointment, Vivian more than doubled the price, was condescending and rude, and blamed the change on my wife not giving an accurate description of her hair (despite an exchange of a clear, concise, written description my wife provided Vivian via text that matched the exact verbage of what Vivian described my wifes hair in person). We disagreed on the price despite making her appointment and Vivian charged my wifes cc. Our cc company is resolving the issue despite Vivian hanging up on them. Stay away from this shady, unprofessional hair stylist!
