The person who posted before me, KIRAN has absolutely NO IDEA what she is talking about. Usually i would not intervene in a matter like this but she is posting LIES on a public page, so i feel i must. I WAS THERE AT THE TIME OF HER FACIAL TREATMENT. She requested a skin lightener. Not a bleach because there is no such thing as a bleach. They told her prior to the application process that she would feel a little itching and burning but that is 100% safe and normal. I, MYSELF HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME TREATMENT WHEN I WAS 17 AND FELT MILD ITCHING AND BURNING BUT NOTHING BAD HAPPENED TO MY SKIN. It is a part of the process. While in the treatment process, Kiran Rabi called the owner and started YELLING. The owner and her employee handled her with GREAT PATIENCE. I heard Kiran Rabi telling the owner how to do the facial process (the wrong way). She also made MULTIPLE THREATS and DISTURBED THE PEACE of the salon while she was paying. There were no scars on her face at all. SHE was the one who didnt know how to talk to the owner and the other employee as well as the receptionist.

I been going for years now. Yes I have used all of the brow people here. Here a tip coming knowing what you want! Have pictures show them and listen to what they say. If they think it will look good on you or not. Also out of all the brow ladies here. I now only use three of them. Just because I feel like do a better job. I cant remember their names. However on the right side. Right behind cashier she is the best and always has a line waiting for her. Then the two ladies on the left side. The first and last chair only. Also brows are super cheap their. So it kills me when see people be rude to these ladies. I have seen many great brows done there and countless people not tip.

They (Fe & Maria) totally did a HORRIBLE hair cut on my grandson. Why does it take 2 stylist to cut an 8 yr. olds hair. It was so bad, the lady getting her brows done said "the only way your going to fix that is to shave it all off." Unfortunately she was right. My grandson cried when we got in the car, he said "they ruined my hair." I will NEVER, NEVER go back there. Just ridiculous!!

It was the worst experience for me I went for skin treatment she applied bleech on my face and I immediately feeling burning and itching after removing I have small granules like scars on my face when I called the owner she started abusing language and yelling at me, they better have to learn that how to behave with the customer.

Place is horrible the way ther prioritize their friends over other customers is not right I waited 15 min to get my eyebrows done spoke to them and asked again but they chose their friends that walked in over 2 people DO NOT COME HERE!

Perfect!! I came in to thread my eye brows and the lady who worked on me was fabulous. She fixed them. I had been struggling to find someone to fix them for about a year. Everyone I would go to would try but no succeed!!

So far the only and best place i go.i honestly wouldnt go to any other place :) heck i even got my husband to get hes done and he actually like it.they do anything you ask for :) GREAT JOB LADIES:)

Moved here from Cali and have been going to Fe at this location and she is great! i dont go anywhere else. She waxes, threads, henna, does lashes and will give you a hair cut lol. Great Place!
