Very disappointed. See all these great reviews so I decide to go check it out since its closer to me than my other salon in Houston. I walked in and the lady didnt greet me stood there dumbfounded that I was there. Asked to speak to someone about making an appointment. "Um, I dont know everyone is busy." Just stood there is guess wanting me to leave. Then she walks off, I wait 5 mins before she comes back for her to tell me I could walk back and talk to Angel but she doesnt have time. Like wow. I didnt see a review that I had to make an appointment to make am appointment. I just wanted to be polite to the stylist for not assuming the style I want could be done and not waste my time. Never going back! Thanks for making me feel like a burden!

I travel a lot and I always plan my trips to Houston with enough time to go to Jaime Buttars at Salons at the Loft. She is the on site Esthetician. She is AWESOME! My first visit I was on business trip and decided I needed my brows waxed. I have been going to her ever since (3 years)! She recently moved to the Salons at the Loft, and all I can say is WOW!! This place is nice. It was a great improvement from her old location! Cant wait until next week. I will be in Kingwood for my next appointment with Jaime!

My stylist is lucky enough to have a space here at salons at the loft. this is a great location and it is very nice inside. I understand that they do take walk ins here so even if you dont have a dedicated stylist you may be able to find someone to do your hair here. They have a nice waiting area they have an area where you can get some coffee. & I also know that they have a couple of massage people and someone who does nails. They have good hours here. I think this is one of the nicer salons in Porter.

Do not get your nails applied by Becky. She takes forever to apply them and then they will not stay on. Also, you will NOT get your money back. Do not be fooled by the posh interior. Go to Walmart for quality nail application!

JAIME, IS HORRIBLE...U CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF HER AFTER 2MTHS OF PLAYING PHONE TAG....I GET MY FACIALS ELSEWHERE! I miss Javier. I did get an anti aging treatment from a new girl. But now only go to this place for waxing.

I love the lofts!!! Angel is the best she has been doing my hair for a few years now and is always prompt and very flexible for my schedule. I wish they could find a nail tech so I could make this spa a one stop shop.

A friend recommended this place. There is only one girl there that does the facials, waxing etc. Her name is Jamie. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and loved her. Going back for more services.

Susan did an amazing job with my husbands hair cut. Will be going back to her next time. Shes really sweet & outgoing too. Makes you feel comfortable as she gets her job done. ❤

This has got to be one of my best experiences in a salon. Palir listened to what I wanted and did a perfect job meeting my needs. She was very sweet and the price was great!

Each loft is private, they have a great little boutique. The spa is secluded. This place is clean and elegant.
