Nicole is great!!! I had never dyed my hair before and I was really nervous and wasnt sure what I wanted. Nicole took plenty of time to explain different options and offered advice and her professional suggestions and opinions to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I am a blonde and went to a natural red. I couldnt have asked for better results or for a better stylist. I have gone back every couple of months or so for over a year now and every experience has been great. Nicole doesnt push products on me, but she does explain products thoroughly when I ask about them. She is very professional and is a great stylist! I will, however, say that I took my sister with me one time to get her hair cut/dyed and the person who cut her hair (not Nicole) did a terrible job and did not do what my sister asked for. She also pushed my sister to buy products that she wasnt interested in. Regis is a great salon, but what makes it great is good stylists who are patient and know what they are doing, like Nicole.

I would like to start off by saying that I have been using Regis Salons exclusively for 12 years. I moved around a lot in the military and they always seemed to do a really good job, although it was expensive. I went to the salon here in Tyler shortly after moving here and I will NEVER go back. The woman who did my hair clearly did not have training, everyone in the salon kept coming over and giving advice. She was a very nice lady with a tragic life story, which kept me from writing this until now. I feel, however that people should know to avoid this place. I paid 250$ for color, highlight and cut, and the color for the most part is ok, but the cut is awful. I mean awful. I could have done a better job. And because it was a shorter cut it will take some time until it grows enough that I can fix it. There are a lot of salons to choose from in the Tyler area. I would recommend that anyone who cares about the way their hair looks should avoid this place at all cost.

Worst place ever .I am trying 2 get a picture of what they did to me on the sight UNREAL!I had to have the back of my head shaved almost all off when the girl promised me she could do such a simple cut it was more less just a shaping she needed to do promised 3 times she could do it got home &looked at my hair&almost passed out -there is no way someone could do what she did by accident they would not give my money back&i should have suede them that wk.The manager is so mean &thinks she is just a goddess or something-I would be ashamed to be a manager there huh I would not be I hope I can get a picture up u all will freak out looks like a bird in the back Tha had feathers plucked all out lord help me -I wore a hat for over 6 wks.Worst place I have ever in my life been to give a 2 yr old a pair of scissors &u will get a better cut&i kid u not.They need to be shut down.I put pictures up I guess they wont let ppl see the work they do.Imagine.

This was the first salon I have been to that actually took the time to give me a consultation first. I received both a cut and color/highlights. Marsella did my hair and she is fantastic! She brought out hair swatches to pick the most flattering shades and to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting. She also cut it in stages so I could be sure that the shorter length was what I really wanted. She gave my hair a fantastic cut that is very flattering! I am very picky and have had some pretty disappointing salon visits before I was recommended to Regis. I just had my second appointment and have nothing but good things to say!

Most unprofessional Manager I have ever seen in my life! While I was getting my hair cut and colored, the manager at this salon proceeded to SCREAM at her employees. Mind you there were other customers in this "business" besides me. She was so rude and disrespectful, I have no idea how these people work for her. I do not know how she obtained her position but someone needs to seriously give her an annual review. The stylist was great and did an awesome job, but I would definitely suggest staying far away from the manager. NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS!!!!

Poor management ! Do not work here .! Ashley thrust is inconsistent in how she runs the salon and stylist .. Different stylist get different privelages, and you get no credibility for anything you do right . They say benprofessional and dress glamour out and nude but yet most of all their stylist have tattoos showing on their arms and back and they look sloppy and unprofessional.. Inwill not be returning , I thought this was a diverse salon . Its majority Caucasian hair no ethnic people come here within the month I worked ..

Linda gave me the worst perm of my life. Not only did it not even come close to looking like the picture I showed her, but turns out she over-processed it by 20 minutes!! Its a miracle I still have hair!! I recently met a previous co-worker of hers who said shes been ruining peoples hair for over 20 years. Avoid at all costs or youll end up chopping off your long, beautiful locks like I ended up do (from waist to shoulder in just a couple of snips! So damaged I couldnt even donate it.) :-(

I have been using the same stylist for 3 years now. Moved to Houston area 2 years ago and can not find anyone here who can do a precision cut like her. People stop me and ask about my hair and I laugh and say I drive to Tyler to get it cut!

Way over priced! Didnt even get an inch cut off and it cost me $75.00. And the hair stylist was so rude! Will not be a returning customer!
