CHRISTIAN !!! My Mother, Grandmother, and I visited the salon about 45 minutes to closing hoping they could squeeze in a haircut for my grandma. We had also been looking for a relaxing, welcoming, salon that would accommodate my grandmothers special situation. I wouldnt typically share this on public media.. but I feel the need to let everyone know and the salon itself know how much they did for us today. My grandmother sadly suffers from Alzheimer disease. You would never notice from the outside (because she absolutely beautiful) but you would in conversation or interaction with her. We were all three greeted with genuine, welcoming smiles and a very wonderful atmosphere. I spoke with Christian (grandmothers stylist) about her condition.. afraid of freaking her out or making her nervous. She just smiled, accepted the information and proceeded to prepare grandma for her shampoo and hair cut. My mother and I sat as close as we could in case either of them had an issue. We were honestly just watching and filled with emotion. My grandmother looked like she did a few years ago before this disease.. she got her spark back. She LOVES her new cut. Christian is the first one to EVER cut and style my grandmothers hair EXACTLY how she had envisioned it. This salon gave my family a "good" day, which are becoming more and more infrequent. Thank you for giving us a place were we can let our guard down and relax. And thank you for making my hero smile again.

I took my 14 yr old daughter in to have the Ombre coloring done to her hair. I had a really good vibe about the place, esp after since being at the JCPenneys salon which was horrible! The receptionist was super sweet, friendly and everyone was full of smiles. The woman working on my daughters hair did a fantastic job! She loves her hair and so do I! I plan on making ALL of my future hair appointments for me and all of my daughters there from now on. I will never ever go back to JCPenneys salon at Deerbrook mall. Just sayin! Also a good friend of mine has been going to Studio Salon for a very long time and she feels it is a very well trusted salon and highly recommended.

I am a long time customer of Michelle, I have to say that I look forward to my appointments. The head massage during the hair wash is worth the visit alone. I have thin and difficult hair & Michelle always makes it look thicker, together with their hair products healthier as well. The added bonus for me is the feel of family when you walk in, all of the styles are great with each other as they are with the customers. Thank you Michelle for your great customer service & skill.

My stylist was running late and the receptionist felt her time was better suited flirting with a male salesman vs. calling the customers, of the only stylist on duty, and informing them of the delay and offering to reschedule. I arrive on time and expect to not have to wait. My telephone number is given at time appointment is made and I wonder why if they dont call. I have since found another stylist and am happy. Wouldnt go back to studio salon due to the receptionist.

Jasmine was very patient with cutting my one year old sons hair. Not only was the taper fade exceptional, the price couldnt be beat compared to other nearby places that cut childrens hair. Highly recommend!
