Constant issues with this location. Today, I had to check my order as usual. My large fries were half fries and two ketchup packets and our two napkins for the three of us. The 12 piece nuggets were one larger nugget, 8 smallish nuggets and fried gristle. Crystal, the manager on the line, humiliated me by making a big production out of counting the nuggets and holding up the slightly bigger one to display as if to excuse the tiny ones and the gristle that supposedly made up the last three nuggets, all with a disgusted look on her face as if I was a thief and a liar. She then slung them into the trash as she stared at me and stormed off. Enraged, she continued to mouth off right there five feet from me as they replaced the nuggets. Great customer service Crystal. Thats been par for the course with this place over the last year or so.

This chic fil a constantly wastes my time. I live 15 minutes away only to often come home to find my order totally screwed up. Just tonight I ordered a grilled chicken wrap (one of the most expensive items on the menu) and instead I get a plain chicken sandwich!! And also i have to ask multiple times for sauce if I didnt look in the bag and see no sauce I would have also came home with no sauce. They werent busy at all which makes it even worse. I know I sound like an angry white lady right now but I am pissed off this place sucks 0 stars step your game up north park chick fil a

I walked in, hoping to find some sort of value menu, because I have 8 kids to feed. The lady with no nametag was in a hurry to get me to order, even though no one was in line behind me. When I asked about a value menu because "I have a lot of kids", she haughtily said, "no we dont have that here". There was no chance of her offering a helpful suggestion or anything. Just attitude. So I walked out. That is my first bad experience at any chick-fil-a, ever!

When it comes to fast food I definitely think the Chick Fil A does it well. I have been to this location many times. The food is good and the place is clean. I have also ordered catering from here and it has come out well. I think in the area it is one of the better fast food restaurants you can try.

This place is trash! Definitely the worst place ever. The chicken sandwich was not good at all. I gave them another try anyway and they had to mess it up with bad customer service. Much rather make the drive up to town center and spend my money at the burger king, much better tasting and friendlier staff.

I enjoying eating here because of the great service. We never have to wait too long for our meal and the best of it all is that it is brought to our table by friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Great play area for young kiddos is a bonus!

This is one of the best fast food places I have ever been to if not the best! The line is always very long....but dont let that drive you away!! The staff serves customers very fast and has the system down packed on how to keep the line moving

This is actually a chic fil a that deserves 5 stars when you walk in your greeted, food came out quick, I was really impressed how clean it was. Even had a employee come by and ask to refill our drinks, southern hospitality at its finest.

My only reason I gave it one star is because I went in today and ordered a diet lemonade which tasted spoiled and had a bad scent I called and he knew the lemonade machine was not on also there cash register wasnt printing any receipts

Wife and kids love going here. Manager on duty always comes to say hi and talk to the kids. Employees are exceptional here and are always smiling and coming by to say hi. Very accommodating and the play area is always clean.
