Ive never had a bad experience, until today. My grandson and I decided to dine inside. The employee that took out order was Addison. I ordered a kids meal, chicken sandwich. She looked at me as if I was an idiot and said rudely, "we dont have that". I asked when did this change? She rolled her eyes and said "there isnt even a button on the register! " What a brilliant and informative response. A very nice manager overheard and immediately stepped in to explain in more detail the reason for the policy change. I suggested that she coach Addison to provide her customers with a better response in the future. Addison proceeded to waive her hand, with her finger pointed, in a circular motion and said "you better not". What??!! My jaw dropped and I said "definitely not Chick Fil a material" She huffed and rolled her eyes again. The manager immediately pulled me aside and apologized and agreed her behavior wasnt chick fil a material. She said she is new and would talk to her. Unfortunately she let her continue to wait on customers. As a leader for over 20 years I would have removed her from the floor immediately, provided coaching and written her up.

Very convenient location for me to find a Chick-Fil-A on US-249/Jones near work! The drive-thru orders come out fast and the large lines move relatively fast. Good job to all the staff! The food is tasty and great! I usually grab the Spicy or Grilled Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries. No complaints, flavor is consistent and gooood! The other nice thing is the Chicken Soup, i like they offer it as a side. I love the Fresh Lemonade. On the Breakfast I love the Chicken Egg Cheese bagel. Chicken nuggets are good as well. My only criticism is the breakfast coffee and the recent "no left turn" sign. On the coffee, I can drink it but the flavor I dislike a bit. On the "no left turn" after going to the drive thru, I think is convenient for the restaurant but not convenient for the customers. So the people that come from US-249 South have to head North and do the u-turn after 1 mile? Its true that theres a lot of customers at all times, but Chick-Fil-A have to come with a different solution.

If you say thank you to any of the servers they respond with the standard "My pleasure " This is as fake as it gets. Reguardless of this, the preprogrammed order takers dont listen. If you try to place your order they disregard what you have said, until you have answered their "for here or to go" question. They truly cant proceed until you answer that question first.. As pathetic as fast food has become the kicker is they need you to take a colored cup to identify you as the meal is delivered to your table. Then they call you by your name, like they really know whom you are.

This location used to be top notch. Now it is full of incompetent kids who are absolutely atrocious at taking compound orders (order with more than one item). When handling my orders... they have only been successful 40% of the time. Historically, this location for being one of the fastest in the nation with an ultra low error rate. Now, they arent even a shadow of their former selves. The food is great but I sure am glad that Raising Canes moved into my neighborhood. They are delicious, fast and simple enough that idiots cant even screw up orders.

Is this the location the one on 249 and Louetta? You know that your drive through is causing traffic to be backed up right on the intersection between Compaq Center Drive and the north-bound feeder along the Tomball Parkway. You got cars trying to turn while the light is green, causing traffic to be backed up. I almost got into a wreck this evening. The location of your drive through has created unsafe driving conditions and it is a wonder no one has complained or you havent violated any zoning laws.

@Vicki Fehmer If youre going to bash someone one the internet the least you could do is be truthful with your review on other people. I was in chick fil a that day and thats not what happened at all. Its really sad how dishonest people are these days. You were very rude, disrespectful and had a blatant attitude when the young lady told you they no longer had the kids meal chicken sandwhich. How could she further explain why they didnt have the sandwhich if she was new like you said. *thinks*

So this is a weekly stop for me if I can get it. Always amazing, always hot and ready food. I order ahead from my app most of the time, so I enjoy my free treats lol. Love that on the busy days they take order through the lines to speed things up. One thing I will say is that the last couple of times I been little things are missing. Like utensils for my salad or my side of fries, or sauces. Other than that, keep doing what youre doing!!

Service is always really good (as with any chick fila) but they have made mistakes a few times on our orders. I cant eat bread and always get club wrapped in lettuce no tomato. BF doesnt eat tomato. Always order the same thing and maybe 1 in 4 times something is wrong. No big deal when youre dining in, but if you get home & its wrong its less than ideal. I know theyre busy, but this is the only location I have trouble with.

I have never seen such efficient and courteous service as at this Chick-fil-A. The drive through line that wraps around the restaurant on any given days lunch hour is a testimony to their quality and service. They take your order in person on a pda-style unit that even accepts your credit card. They set the standard for food service, fast food or otherwise.

Chick fil a was built on a reputation of exceptional fast food. This location falls short of that goal. It was great when it first opened, but it is so busy, quality is bound to decline. The fries they are known for are quite frequently old and cold when I get them. But it is still adequate enough that I am a repeat customer.

we love eating here so much that we dont eat out anywhere else, but i have received terrible customer service twice already i dont believe i will be going any more. yesterday i was missing two items from my order so two of my family members didnt have food thats a bit inconvenient specially when it is kids.

If you dine-in you receive your food pretty fast. They always have a long drive-thru line, but it moves at a pace. This is the only Chick-fil-A that one employee didnt have the "Chick-fil-A hospitality". We all have bad days but just caught me by surprise. Overall great food and great service.

This is a super busy location but the employees are always friendly and the service is relatively quick. The food is good for fast food. Parking is a NIGHTMARE during busy times, though. Often the drive-thru line is backed up out onto the feeder road. They desperately need more parking here.

A local favorite. The service is stupid fast, the food is always great and ready very quick... almost too quick. One time I got my food before I had a chance to swipe my card - and it was Fresh! Staff is very friendly, place is clean - cant get much better as far as a fast food chain goes.
