Worst dining experience of my life! Not only did I almost freeze to death, it took 20 minutes to get my salad and 45 minutes after I finished it to get my cold BBQ Chicken, cold Brussel sprouts and warm spinach. I ate 1/2 of the thigh, of which I got 2 thighs and 2 legs, then asked if I could have it boxed up to take home. I gave my card at this time as well because in the past you could wait 30 to get it back. I got my food back, wrapped up minus the leg and half of thigh Id eaten. When I asked where the rest of my food was the server told me he threw it away. Id also ordered banana bread bread pudding with whiskey sauce to go, of which didnt have the sauce on it when I got home. I think the only reason I keep punishing myself by going there is the food can be really good but considering how this experience ended and the way the owner has treated me in the past on numerous occasions, its just not worth it anymore. Amazingly enough it was packed, with screaming children, so definitely not going to revisit this once fine dining experience!

Boston Deli has some of the worse service I have ever encountered. My husband called one night around 8 to see how later they were open. The person on the phone said 9, but then went in to detail about how busy they were. Really implying that they didnt want new customers to show up. We went anyways. When we got there, there was maybe 8 people in the whole restaurant. It then took a while to get a seat, because servers kept walking past us, avoiding eye contact and acting like we werent there. Finally got a seat and it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. She then forgot some of the food I ordered. The only redeeming quality is that the food we did get was some of the best I have had in Tulsa. We did try one other time to go back and see if it was a fluke, but the service was just as bad, if not worse. Will not be back. The great food simply wasnt worth it.

Well, we just walked out of this restaurant. Walked in and were never greated by any of the staf. We went ahead and sat down. We have only been there once for dinner and it was wonderful. Never had been for lunch and were not aware you order at the counter. We addressed the gentleman at the counter, he was very indifferent if we stayed or left. Just pointed to the order here sign over his head. Very bad customer service in my opinion.

This is clearly a FOODIE place! Excellent food - even a simple ham sandwich is phenomenal! I order mine on their healthnut bread with goulda. It comes out warm with perfectly toasted bread. Awesome! But everything else is wonderful there, they have great variety, and they have a pastry/dessert selection to die for. Prices are modest (I eat lunch there for $10-12) and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Lunch special Friday May3 , 2013, Soup was terrible and the sandwich was marginal in taste at best. For $9.95 I would expect something that at least didnt make your stomach upset. We all noticed the mystery item in the soup that made most people leave it after a couple of spoonfuls. No one could identify it but it tasted a little like old meat, not a usual item in tomotoe soup.

I love Boston Deli! Its a hidden gem in south Tulsa for a quality and quaint sandwich shop, but they offer so much more than just sandwiches. I work nearby so this is definitely my "go-to" place for a delicious bite. Prices are really competitive for what you get. Daily specials and catering are also a big plus!

Boston Deli catered a party for us this weekend. The food was excellent, all of the people at the party complimented it. The service (it was delivered by the owner) was also excellent. He stayed to make everything was set up for us and the party went great. I would highly recommend their catering services.

Weve never been, & very glad we ate dinner here! The best coconut cream pie (even better than grandmas)! The Key Lime pie tasted like I was there in the Keys, spot on! We both enjoyed a house garden salad & the Greek salad. Well be back, for sure!

Great sammiches! I had the pulled pork with mango sauce, Cindy had a half corned beef. She said she was glad shed only gotten a half or shed eaten an entire one by herself. We always enjoy the food and folks at Boston Deli Market.

Bring a sweater. Its always cold. The beer selection is mediocre at best. But the food is always excellent. Each dish is carefully crafted, using excellent ingredients. Unbelievable food, particularly for the price.

Very good reasonable high end food. Everything has a nice twist to it. Had the salmon cakes and seared salmon. Both were very good. Have had the key lime cheese cake in the past which was also really good.

A fantastic place for one of a kind food. This place is a hidden gem. Almost literally. But, if you make a dinner plan and want to have some of the best food in town, you wont regret finding Boston Deli.

Its not a "burger joint". And because of that, they serve THE BEST BURGER in Tulsa. I cant even begin to tell you how amazing this thing is. This has been confirmed by an actual burger aficionado.

The food was fairly decent but the incredibly rude waiter who would not stop talking and would try to interject in our familys conversations and was more than condescending when doing so.

Best value in Tulsa. Outstanding food, but you do not have to pay for the tablecloth and white gloves. Do not let the name fool you. Staffed by professional chefs cooking high end foods.

We love the Roasted butternut squash soup, which is the special soup on Wednesdays. They have wonderful creative items on their menu and reasonable prices. Great choice!

Very decent lunch option. I had the beef brisket sandwich lunch special that came with a tummy warmer soup. Clean and well decorated.

The people that work here are very nice and the environment is cozy but the food is very greasy and spices are over used.
