Why were both subs so sweet tasting? It was like sugar was added to the mayo that was overflowing from the sandwiches. Plus they forgot the sides for the kids food. We were looking forward to this place and will probably never go back. Sandwiches thrown together and rude drive thru employee.

Bad experience. I felt like a 4yr old with a mans voice took the order. We ordered on drive thru. When told him what # we wanted he asked what sandwich that was. He didnt ask what we wanted to drink. He just gave us coke. First time at firehouse and our last.

Good food, friendly staff but I dont understand with so many staff members working why it takes so long to place and receive your order. A manger should hop on opening up another register if theyre backed up. Other than that this place is great!

Expensive subs-look nothing like their pictures & forgot to put the cheese on my sandwich & there wasnt much meat. Called Manager (Jasmine) who asked if I wanted to be added to the list for next time I visit (wait-the list?).
