Kind of the same experience a lot of other people are having at this location. I love firehouse subs in general. Ate there all the time back in Kansas City, smokehouse beef and cheddar is my favorite sandwich. There were several things missing from my experience. 1. Dirtier than a typical firehouse subs. All other locations I have been to before were spotless. There was dirt on the floor and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in general. 2. Sauces were not labeled. I know this one is a firehouse standard. How am I supposed to pick out a sauce if its not labeled? 3. My sandwich came without a toothpick in either side and was barely even warm. It tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Just disappointing in general. Someone from district management needs to pop in unannounced and check up on this location. I feel like the management of the store in general could be better. Normally I donate a few dollars every time I go too but they didnt even ask here. Usually they let you round up your order which is nice and feels good to donate. Im just sadly disappointed by my visit.

A little short - Love eating at Firehouse Subs and the food is always great. Whats overlooked at this location is the small details. As others have mentioned, there is no "Welcome to Firehouse!" greeting when you come in the door. Only one or two people were in the place when i walked in, and several noticed me while standing behind the counter. Other small details that take away from the overall experience are things like a missing cabinet door by the drink machine, with boxes hanging out of it that dont fit. Or empty napkin holders on the table, when they should not be empty so early in the day (just after opening time). Even the front counter where orders are taken is so cluttered with items that a woman didnt have space to set her purse to get money out to pay. But the food is still great! The hotsauce/salsa display is well stocked (issue in the past) and the place is clean. Most likely will return, but this location still falls a little short compared to the others.... The firehouse sub is usually a good place to eat but today they had a lot to improvement needed in customer service. My family stoped and ordered our food. Thierry was no tea mad and I asked if they had any sweet tea and they replied no but they could make some but it would take 15 minutes 15 minutes later I asked if they where making it. " of just starting to do that" my family all got their sandwich and I was sitting waiting my husband had to get up and ask it they had my sandwich they had not mad one. Well needless to say after 30 minutes I got my food and my family watched me eat it. No apologies at all and we where large to where we needed to be. This is the second time this has happened.

This is my third try at this location, and I wont do it again. I will make the drive to the 1960 location where you get a hearty, "Welcome to Firehouse!" when you walk in the door and people are obviously happy to help you. I love my Firehouse and have eaten at stores from Houston to North Carolina, and this is the only location where somehow even the food isnt as good. At this location the staff is luke-warm if they even bother to address you. Im not sure how a franchise can be so very different from all the other stores, but this one is, and not in a good way.

The first few times, my "hook & ladder" sub was delicious! The third time was NOT the charm! The bun was stale and hard. The sandwich was made with gloved hands that touched all kind of other things that I felt were unsanitary; and lastly, my order was handed to me with those same gloved hands, and the bag was greasy with moisture from the meat it was made with. I think driving a little further to another location is worth the drive. Even ordering and having my food delivered is out as well!

I waked into the place and noticed they had a 30.07 sign in the door. The sign was placed low on the entrance door and it did not contrast. If a business wants to delve into the gun control arena then they will not get my business. I thought this place was going to be a favorite, turns out you cannot even make it in the door.

I love eating here. Fast and friendly service, a custom soda fountain machine, and call ahead or app ordering. Id recommend the #6 club on a sub with white bread. Its literally the perfect sandwich.
