Im giving this location 2 stars due to the lack of consideration the people at the drive thru have. I stopped for breakfast this morning (09/14/2015) at 7:40. I pulled up in the left lane as the drive thru attendant was finishing up an order in the right. As the customers in the right lane pulled away, nobody ever came on the intercom. I waited patiently. Then another customer pulls up in the right lane and I hear the attendant take their order. I continued to wait patiently. Once they were finished, I said "hello" just in case they didnt know I was there. No response. By this time, shes taking another persons order in the right lane. So I decide to just pull up. When I got to the window, I explained I hadnt ordered yet because nobody would take my order. The response I got was.. "The microphone went out, what you want?!" Really?? So because your microphone went out, youre just going to help everyone else without having the courtesy to come let me know that the microphone went out? Then, as Im ordering, I order a fruit cup with apples only. The attendant proceeded with an attitude (like shes the one whos actually going to have to make my fruit cup). Sorry - Im not going to pay $3 to eat a third of a fruit cup. Itd be different if I went to McDonalds or Whataburger.. you expect that from those places. But this is Chick Fil A. The attendants are supposed to make your experience a great one, thats what Chick Fil A is known for. But I did not receive one apology for the inconvenience. All I received was attitude.. like its my fault. So - food was great, as usual. But service was awful and so unexpected due to what Chick Fil A is known for.

Horrible drive-thru. Please avoid drive thru they never get your order right, food does not taste as fresh because they are in such a hurry to get you in and out. I have gotten 3 bad side salads from there. The most recent one was replaced and I trusted it would be a better salad as it did not have a foul odor like the previous and it still made me sick. I dont think the fridge they use for salads is good. When you go inside to eat the food and service is always better. I have had the worst experiences during my drive thru visits.

The staff are always helpful and the drive through is quick! The line is often long but it always moves at a steady pace adding two lanes for cars. Try Chick-fil-A sauce! You have to request it and I promise you will LOVE IT! I wish the inside was a tad larger due to the heavy traffic. They also have an app for iOS and Android to place an order to avoid the drive through. They will bring your food to your car when you arrive.

Ive never actually had someone be rude to me an chic fil a until today at the driver thru. The window person just seemed to be unhappy when I pulled up and let me know they were unhappy as they gave me my food. Couple that with how slow the drive thru is at this location and I think I will just start going to another chic fil a.

Manager, Rene, gave a terrible example for his staff the way he was not welcoming and almost seemed upset to have myself and business partner in today. If it werent for your nice staff that came to refilled my drink the entire experience would have been sour. I will go the extra few miles to another one in the future.

Standard clean restaurant, consistent quality food, delicious. Not crowded at 3:30PM on a Saturday so we were able to get in to the parking lot, get inside and order pretty quickly unlike some other locations weve been to (such as the Hwy 249 location, geez). The drive through also was not backed up at that time.

I dont understand why the place was packed or why the drive-thru was around the block. Everyone must not order the #1, as I unfortunately did. My chicken sandwich had a coating of mush that soaked through the bun. The waffle fries were also undercooked. Overall, the worst fast food meal I have had in a while.

This Chick-fil-A is by far the best we have been to, the owners or one of the family members is always there to greet you. The complete staff is always friendly, and the business is kept very clean. If I could change one thing about Chick-fil-A I would make all of the locations run like this one does.

Horrible experience. I cant believe this is a chick-fil-A. Drive-through was extremely slow. Staff member were very rude. My order was wrong. The lady at the window clearly showed me how much she hates her job. They need new staff bad. I will now have to think 3 times before coming to this place.

Chick fil a good tends to be pretty consistent. This particular location tries to rush the ordering process if you are in the drive thru and ask questions before you can even finish your order. It ends up taking 3x the amount of time to order because of this.

Feels weird. The square cup they give you is just so you can get your condiments to your table. They immediately ask for it back when they bring your order out to you. I was a little baffled at that. Kind of lost trying to find the garbage can to bus my table.

This Chick is great to go inside to eat, but the drive-thru is horribly, horribly slow. We have been in line for twenty minutes and have literally seen someone pull up, go inside and come out with their food. That was ten minutes ago and we are still in line.

I am a frequent customer in the mornings, service is great but have to complain about the customer with a mullet that kept going behind the counter, distracting the employees. Service could probably be faster if they didnt have to avoid this guy...

Love this location. However, today is the first day Ive ever had bad service. Once out if 100 is ok.... must have a new girl, she got my order wrong and was a bit rude in the drive thru. Keep trying young lady, it will get better.

The staff is amazing. Every place makes mistakes from time to time but these employees work hard for accuracy and immediately fix issues when they arise. The managers and operator are friendly and very visible to their customers.

I love Chick-fil-A but I would say avoid this location at noon on a weekday. There is nothing like the craziness that going on there at lunchtime during work days. You can expect to be in line for at least 20 minutes if not longer.
