not impressed, paid for storage unit for 1 month, then within just a day or so we decided we didnt need it and never moved any item into the storage unit & told them we were not going to use the unit at all, yet they kept our entire months rent. yes per contract that was the way legally, but that doesnt seem right to me. people can run a business more respectably then just being money takers. They could have at least refunded some of our money. needless to say, next time we need a storage unit we will not be going there! poor reflection upon a local business. would expect that from big box but not local

I love this place. I chose them to store what survived when my house burned down. They are friendly and kind. Their prices are fair and they operate very different than those national chains. When I lot my job, they worked with me as long as I stayed in touch with them. Had I chosen any other place, I would have lost everything I owned.

Karon does NOT have a facility at this address. It is a misprint. Our facility is named E-Z Lakeway Storage at 1312 RR 620 North, Lakeway, TX 78734. The facility was formerly named KARON storage.
