I went in a few weeks ago to get a storage locker and was helped by, I believe, a gentleman named Taylor. He was from Dallas to temporarily help this location out, but he was great! He could have been short with me and just try to get me out of the way (it was fairly close to closing time) considering he was only there temporarily and would likely never see me again. He explained thoroughly everything about what was required and payments, etc. It was an easy experience. Bonus points for a follow up call a week or so later! Michelle left me a voicemail asking how everything went and hoped it went well. For price, oh man, have you seen storage locker prices lately? Theyre nuts! I had a unit about 10 years ago in Bee Cave for around $30-40 a month and that same unit is now going for over $70! This was definitely the best priced unit in the area (Marble Falls, Spicewood, Bee Cave, Lakeway, and South Austin). Long story short, I definitely recommend this complex. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. Their hours for access are really great as well!

Im super impressed. Ive been a this storage unit for over a year and now Extra Space Storage just took it over. Sylvia is the new manager and she is really friendly and has made an extra effort to make the transition an easy one. Shes all about customer service. She and Janice her coworker from another location are on a roll to get everything up to their higher standard. They are hard workers! Ill be excited to see all the improvements that they plan on making. Great location and more affordable than some. S Lane

Online lease was easy. Got some paperwork out of the way. Arrived at location. Easy to find and not too far outside of Austin. I chose this facility because it was cheaper than the ones nearer Austin by almost half. Friendly staff member Janice (I think that was her name) helped me find the right unit for me after driving around for a few minutes. Facility is super clean and seems modern, secure. Drive-up access to units is super easy. Overall impression is great. One of the better storage facilities Ive used.

Convenient location, super friendly staff, and well-maintained grounds. I got a unit here while I was in the process of moving from an apartment to a townhome nearby. It was very affordable - especially since I needed a longer unit to store a 28 extension ladder. It was great to be able to get some things out of the way while I moved. I definitely have no complaints and would have stayed in the unit except I have a garage now that holds everything. Would definitely recommend.

Michele is super to work with in determing the space I needed and ensuring the unit selected would be easy access for me. She took me to unit and walked me through locking it correctly. Best of all though, they watch the property. When I did not get the door locked properly, Michele noticed and called me immediately so I could fix it. Unit was clean, with no evidence of bugs or rodents. I feel my valued items are as safe as they would be in my home.

She coordinated with the local NJ office for me to complete the transaction to secure a storage locker at her facility in Spicewood prior to moving to TX. I absolutely recommend Michelles Extra Space Storage location. She will definitely take care of you.

Rented AGAIN from Michelle and Janice at Extra Space in Spicewood. This location is very convenient, clean and secure. We transitioned two homes to one utilizing this locations climate controlled (still maintain unit), two non climate controlled units and an outdoor parking space for our 21ft cargo trailer. Great staff, easy access, secure storage with best rates around!! You wont be disappointed renting here!!

Outstanding service and easy set up! I needed storage for both a boat and RV and was able to reserve online for a great price. As soon as booked it, I was contacted by the facility (Janice) for more details on my storage needs. When I arrived, Janice allowed me to hand pick the spaces I needed. A little paperwork and 20 mins later I was out the door and couldnt be happier. I would recommend!

I pulled into Extra Space Storage on a drizzly Saturday morning with my U-Haul truck pulling a trailer with a Jeep Rubicon on top. I accidentally made contact with their (brand new) gate. They were so nice about it and it turned out only minor damage that could be fixed without any charges. They are so accommodating and helpful. Dont go anywhere else!

Had to get a few things from storage and also fix an accounting thing. Jake was SO helpful! Hadnt been to the unit in a while, and the lock was stuck for me No problem for him. Cell was running low on charge and he offered to get it back up to charge! Very pleased with this storage unit from the day I moved things in! Thank you Jake!

I moved into my unit today. Janice lead me through the contract and everything was really nice and without pain and I was all set in no time. When you rent a unit, watch for the orientation towards the sun. In some units your stuff gets more cooked than in others :).
