The facility and unit is clean however driving anything bigger than a 10 truck is difficult because this location is very small with tight corners especially if you happen to drive in on a day where there are unused trucks parked. On move out day, I had movers come to my unit and management gave me and my friend the keys to move the trucks out of the way ourselves. You will not find great customer service at this location. The day I moved in, I was given the wrong storage number by the associate manager, Krystal. She realized her error after I had unpacked 90% of my 10 truck. There was no apology for her mistake but she did point out that "I had enough people to help so it shouldnt take that long". Two weeks later I tried opening the gate with my code which didnt work because Krystal had given me the wrong code. At the time Uhaul sounded like a good option for a short term storage. After my experience Im hesitant to use Uhaul again but I definitely will not return to this location.

Thats how bad my experience was. I had trouble moving in because the elavator had problems when I was moving in. The elavator had problem closing. Took me an extra 30 min to move in, and I have like 5 boxes to move in at the most. But I let it go. Could happen. But when I got back after a month, the ELAVATOR WAS OUT OF ORDER! When I asked the representative when its going to be fixed, she shrugged and said "I dont know" and told me to use the STAIRS. In case anyone missed it, ITS A STORAGE! I asked for a discount because I was unsatisfied and she said I paid for the storage, and the elevator kinda came with, so they cant give me anything.... Uh... yeah... cause I thought elevator would be nice, but it was optional and I could totally haul it down the stairs. (rolls eyes) SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DONT GO HERE!

I tried to rent a truck from this U-Haul. Laura was not helpful at all and blatantly lied. She told me that all the U-Haul trunks in Central Texas had been rented. A complete lie because I was able to rent a truck from the U-Haul in Bastrop. When I called to tell them that I was able to rent a truck from another U-Haul, they hung up the phone on me. It is clear that they do not care about their customers. If you want helpful, friendly service do not go to this U-Haul.

Deanna was awesome even when I drove in close to the end of the day and was bringing more than her location could have - she could only accept the truck but not the trailer I had rented. She was kind enough to accept the truck, give my friend directions to the other U-Haul place across the expressway that could take the trailer and called and told them we were on the way. Exceptional service all the way - THANKS!

Jason was so very helpful and went out of his way to get our Ubox out of our driveway early in the morning even though he didnt have anyone else working with him that early. Our Ubox was damaged during shipping as well (no fault to this uhaul location at all) and Jason helped us with the claims process. Genuinely good customer service. Thanks!

The drive area is very narrow and U haul trucks are parked EVERYWHERE - which can make difficult to get in and out - especially on weekends when moving activity is high. I find the management to be more concerned with their rental fleet revenue - than catering to their customers who lease units. As a positive, the facility is kept clean.

Pleasant service, good facilities. Some locker sizes are not quite as large as listed (enough to be a problem if you measured exactly to maximize space).
