DO NOT HIRE THEM! One star rating is giving them too much credit. They have the most unprofessional, unhelpful employees (Angie, Juan and Jimmy), and provide the worst customer service. It has taken them about four months to complete a simple residential work order that should have taken only 45 minutes to complete, as stated during the contract signing. When they finally showed up to do the work, they did not completely finish and left part of the roof torn down. NO ONE calls to provide updates on the status of the work order, and it is such a hassle calling them to figure out what is going on because their employees refuse to answer their work cell phones. They keep giving us the run around claiming they will finish at a certain time and date, yet no one shows up nor calls to let us know what is going on. I am currently searching for another roofing company that can give me an estimate to complete the work order McAllen Valley Roofing Co. has yet to complete. The only reason we hired them was because of the great reviews listed on here, but they were wrong. You will regret hiring them, you have been warned.

By far a great company to work with, from the begging of the sale process, which is their sales department and amazing financial help including payment plans to the last component that is installed on your roof. Wow! McAllen Valley roofing company that actually answers the phone....and calls to remind you of appt and also lets you know they are running late!! Its unheard of! I had to find a new roofer because the company I used last year went out of business and I needed to verify their repair. These guys were very responsive and quick! I will call them again and recommend to everyone!

When I first approached McAllen Valley Roofing I had just filed a hail claim with my insurance company . I thought that they were the right fit for the task at hand so I hired them & they did not only get my house roofed but worked side by side with my insurance adjuster and actually got me more money towards my claim .
