Jason Heard the salesman promised me the moon and gave me sloppy mess. I took the higher bid expecting excellence. I complained he told me that if they fixed it he would void my warranty or it might leak. Said yeah it didnt look good, but fashion over function. Called owner and he apologized but nothing was done till they found out I put stop on chk. Finally fixed but still slop. Had my son in law take a roofers out there and he said it was slop but not much u can do after the fact. They bid high then hire a sub contractor to do. his guys had no clue about roofing. Probably illegal immigrants getting paid minimum wage. The only reason they have five stars is becuase Jason bullies old people into thinking their roof will leak or he will void their warranty . Started on Saturday and left mess in front yard for 3 days and my renters couldnt use front door. Charged 6000 for 13 sq. More than roof being done sloopy, Jason is a con artist. Didnt order enough supplies and didnt start when they were suppose to because he was moving and too busy. Needs to go back to engineering. Dont let sub contractor EVO ROOFING. Enrigue work on your roof. Jason went around neighborhood taking pics of other roofs that were old roofs and said see they all look that way. After told to fix he called and said well I guess I will do it whatever way you want but why fix if not broke. Yes. Im upset because if he threatened me. How many old people has he threatened who didnt know to call home office. Gave me major stress and Im old and dont need taken advantage of. With much regret I write this review.

Great company Great service Great price, I had a different roofing company in my driveway four years in a row giving me bids on my old wood shake shingle roof and none of them gave me a decent bid and two of them did work in my area over the years. This summer I tried JR and company for the first time and the salesman,(jason) was straight forward and courteous about the project and the materials enough for me to finally get a new roof. Job was done on time and during 100 degree days no less, even had rain during job and the crew scrambled to get exposed roof areas covered with tarps to avoid any damage to my very expensive home. I have had roofing done on other homes in the past and can easily say this was the best experience with a roofing company I have ever had. No leaks No mess and did not tear up any of my extensive landscaping around the house. If your looking for a company to use I recommend JR and company and would ask for Jason personally. His crew also installed my new gutters to my satisfaction making the job complete. I plan on using them on a rental property next and I wouldnt be doing that if I wasnt happy with their work.

I deal with a lot of contractors and I can highly recommend JR & Co. I had several other roofers look at this particular issue and all were less than desirable to deal with. All of them gave a different diagnosis and prices ranged greatly. I was looking for a final opinion and having a hard time even getting a company to have call me back, I contacted JR & Co. Richard was on time(early) and was VERY thorough with his inspection of the roof/issue. He went above and beyond in the time and effort he put forth and gave an honest opinion even when it meant that no money would be made by them for this particular issue. That is something that is very rare with contractors, especially roofers. They will be the first people I call next time I need a roofer.

Hail damage in 2014 required a new roof on our home in Staley Farms. The previous owner used JR & Co for their roofing work, so we wanted to retain the continuity. JRs rep. helped greatly to assure our homeowners insurance accurately assessed the claim, and then performed the re-roofing work in a very timely manner. JRs rep. and the work crew were all hard workers, and were always courteous and respectful, setting an excellent example on behalf of the company!

I called JR Roofing in the middle of a rainstorm with a leaky roof - they quickly sent out a couple of guys who climbed up and put a stop-leak solution to prevent further leaking. They then explained the options for fixing the problem, and came back promptly when the weather cleared up to fix the roof. Next rainstorm - no problems! JR Roofing had good communication, promptness, politeness of workers, and effectiveness of service.

It has been a number of years since J&R replaced my roof. I am still very satisfied with the work. I asked for a copy of their insurance certificate and workmans compensation certificated. I later learned they hire subcontractors to perform the work which is really no different than siding Contractors. I would recommend them and the crew that they hired. I have not had a single call back since the work was completed.

I contacted JR & Co Roofing to give me a bid on a smaller roof repair. Scott Dawson showed up for the bid on time and was very professional. There were some communication lapses during the process which is the reason for four stars and not five, however, the work was completed professionally and Scott made himself available when I had questions. I would utilize them again if needed.
