We had extensive work done on an older home in Lubbock. Jones and Associates did exterior siding on our two story home, replaced every window in our house including three large picture windows, and even helped us demolish a poorly built sunroom and transform that space into a beautiful outdoor living area. The crew from J & A was professional, reliable, prompt, and clean. At the end of every work day, our house was livable and tidy considering the massive amount of work being done. The crew was always on time and extremely friendly to deal with. After the job was complete, we had the opportunity to inspect the work and found only a few minor issues that needed attention. Those issues were corrected immediately and I can safely say that I have 100% satisfaction with the job that was done! The attention to detail that our home received far exceeded my expectations. You can tell that this company takes pride in a job well done and that customer satisfaction is of high importance to them. Every step of this process was pleasant and painless. The sales reps were honest and helpful in assessing the type of work that we needed done. The workers were of the highest caliber that I have ever come into contact with. And the owners of the company are remarkable people that stand behind their product. The proof really is in the pudding. My older home got a beautiful facelift! Great job, Jones and Associates!

We were impressed with Jones & Associates from the very start. Jones & Associates provided us an exceptional experience for this huge renovation project. From the initial contact with Ginger and Lara in the office, to the many times we met with Will with material adjustments, to meeting with Jake for measurements, and to the completion of the project with Pete, Jacob, and Isaac, everything went smoothly. It has been very easy to work with all members of the Jones & Associates team. We truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism. A major renovation of this type, replacing 19 windows and totally redoing the outside, is a huge undertaking and can cause disruption. This was not the case here. The great attention to detail by Pete, Jacob, and Isaac was nothing less than superior. The crews work space was always clean and organized. Their attention to detail in every aspect was very much appreciated. Thanks for a beautifully renovated “New” home; we would highly recommend Jones & Associates to any and everyone because of the quality of craftsmanship and their extremely professional staff. We’re really glad we used Jones & Associates and are going to have them back again as soon as our funds are replenished; we really love the concrete floor coating. We had windows installed by Jones & Associates throughout our home four years ago, and could not be more pleased with that decision. From the moment we placed the order until the installation was completed, the staff was helpful, professional, thorough, and neat. Our installer was just amazing with his talent and the speed in completing the job, and on top of that, he was such a nice man. The biggest surprise was that when he finished, there was absolutely no mess left...only our beautiful windows. Since we had these windows installed, our utility bills have gone down about thirty-five percent, which is a big plus. We would recommend Jones & Associates to anyone. From the moment the salesman walked in the door to the minute the last installer left, the Jones Boys delivered on their "proofs in the pudding" pitch. Now several months later, my wife and I are enjoying the easy to clean, more efficient, and curb appealing windows and doors. The sales pitch was no pressure. The installers were clean and courteous. The cleanup job was immaculate. (I was worried about dust and allergens) The follow-up was thorough. The best part: we live fifty miles from Lubbock. There was no trip charge unlike many of the contractors weve used in the past. Never Again!. Jones and Associates sets the bar for home improvement. Also, thank you for the coffee mugs.

My parents used Jones & Associates for two of their homes and my grandmother also used them! So, when I started having trouble with my roof, I called Jones! They were very supportive in my time of need. They sent someone right out to give us a quote and helped us get our roof financed! The roofers were very quick, professional, and productive! They make sure the work is done right and assured me if I have any problems, they would be happy to come back out. (I have not had any problems! ) I now can sleep through the night without worrying if water is dripping down my walls! I would recommend Jones without hesitation! We needed new windows and siding. We got a quote from Jones and Associates. We were very very pleased with the fast and professional service. Jeff recommend going with picture windows to replace our current 3 paneled windows. We had recently remodeled our kitchen, dinning room and living room. We were so impressed with how much this added to our remodel. It is so much lighter and brighter in our house. If you are thinking about getting windows or siding, this is the company to call. Jones and Associates are wonderful. They resurfaced my patio/porch and Tyler and Noah, "thejonesboys" were fantastic ...hard workers transforming an ugly place into a beautiful patio/porch that I now call my happy place. I will definitely recommend them because "the proof is in the pudding" and I have the pudding. Great company... great installers... everyone was so good to answer all my questions and explained the process to me thoroughly. Great experience with Jones and Associates, Tyler and Noah. Over priced windows and storm door that do not work right. Never had anyone come out to show how to operate new windows for easy cleaning. Warranty! Yeah try to use that warranty. Freaking worthless. We were told had lifetime warranty on door, windows and glass. Storm door window finally shattered and called for warranty. Yeah right. Mr. Jones said it would be around $500.00 but being the great guy he is, (being sarcastic) Mr. Jones offered to pay half. Lol, I repaired it for $75. Yelp, PROOF IN THE WARRANTY.
