Very disappointed with City Roofing! City Roofing has installed two roofs for me in the last 10 years. So with the recent hail storm I reached out to City Roofing again. My wife called to ask to have someone come out a give us an estimate. The individual on the phone asked if we have received the repair estimate from our insurance company. We advised we had not but would like to get a quote for the repairs. My wife was told that they would not come out and do a quote without the insurance estimate of repairs to review first. Seems wrong to me! I expect a company to give me fair price to replace my roof and Ill decide whom I use based on price, integrity and quality of work. I know I couldn’t do business like this with my customers. What happen to integrity? Its ashamed that City Roofing is not doing the right thing during this time when our community has been ravished with hail damage. I always prefer to use a local business to perform our work.

They check in, work hard with insurance companies to make sure you get a fair deal, and will come back year after year to keep their work repaired when damage occurs. I recommend them to anyone and everyone, theyve even gone out to do a quote for a friend and when they realized it was a simple patch they just did it! You really cant do better!
