Shane Delahoz is a force to be reckoned with! Supported by an extremely impressive, detail-orientated and hard-working crew, this team will impress even the most apprehensive potential customer! Working tirelessly with us over the course of several months, Amazing Shane, Gracious Joshua and three precision-working, 12-hour-day, 6-day-week roofers in the sun and rain, managed to replace approximately 3000ftsq of standing seam and shingle roofing in just a week. Working tirelessly and cleaning up during Ashevilles heaviest decade downpour, these fine gentleman were the kind of workers everyone wants and very few have the pleasure of working with. Requiring minimal supervision, their confidence and expertise were as impressive a crew as i have had the pleasure to witness. Knowing that Best Roofing really were the best roofers, i know that my $20k went to the most deserving company with the greatest integrity, who stand behind their work for 16 years. Since this is a highly sought-after company, be sure to plan and book them well-ahead since they did have a 2 month lead-time coming into Spring.

We had an excellent experience with Best Roofing. Shane did an onsite review, realized the last HydroStop installation was put down over shingles and had created a real potential problem for us. He explained what needed to be done and we accepted his appraisal. Eric, Bill, Orlando, and Joe were excellent workers. Eric, as the crew chief, was very careful with the removal of roofing and very precise in the appropriate instillation, which included replacing 3 skylights. They were neat in their work and removed all debris with a dumpster. We are pleased with the finished product and anticipate we will not have any leaks around the skylights or chimney. If we do, we know who to call.

Best Roofing was really great to work with. They responded quickly to questions, gave us really detailed estimates and were very good at walking us through the issues that were found under the shingles. When there was a mistake in the scheduling they made sure that at least part of the crew was there to get started and our project manager checked in at least once a day to make sure we were happy. We had two layers of shingle removed, the roof re-decked, and a white metal roof installed. They had to work around chimney people working at the same time and it was no problem to get the two trades to talk with each other.

We had a great experience with Best--this was our second roof with them and we had no hesitation to hire them again. Orlando and his team were great at communicating during the job. The roof came out great--there was one small issue with a piece of vinyl trim and Orlando came out and fixed it promptly. I did find 2-3 roofing nails around but I consider that very minor, everything else was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I have even called Shane for advice about non-roofing matters--he is that friendly and honest. Thanks guys!

Overall experience was first-rate. The walk-through of project steps and materials during the proposal meeting was the best of three contractors being considered. Project scheduling and price were both better than the competition. The work crew was on site, ready to work every day by 8 A.M. The supervisor kept me informed on progress and issues that arose. Excellent communications (quick responses) with office and supervisor. Workmanship looks excellent. I would recommend Best Roofing be considered for your home re-roofing needs.

We had a great experience with Shane & the Best Roofing crew. They installed a new roof with Dow Solar shingles in Oct 2014. Before we decided on the dow shingles, Shane was extremely helpful in discussing and pricing our options of metal roof + solar panels versus shingle roof + solar shingles. Daily communication on the job site was very good as was the clean-up each day. I had a $10.00 electric bill for May 2015 with my solar shingles!

Excellent workmanship. Fair price, especially for quality of work done. Treated the building and landscaping very carefully. Fully cleaned up afterward. Finished product (entire new roof following full tear-off of old roof) looks terrific. Absolutely no complaints. Will use Best again (in 20 or so years!).
