If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Did a decent job on the roof, but some of the employees were a bit sketchy looking. One in particular kept asking to use my restroom, several times over the course of the install. Come to find out they are NOT supposed to ask to go into the home to use ANYTHING. That should have tipped me off. Last day of the install, I leave my cell phone sitting on my patio dining table before the crew leaves. I go up on the roof to look it over again, and then go inside AFTER they leave to clean up, and 15-20 minutes later I get ready to take off for work and the phone is gone. I think I may have misplaced it so I call it. No answer. I do a location search and it says the phone is off. Now Im worried. I try several times to locate it, unsuccessful. I know I left it on the patio. I ALWAYS do that. So I call the company, and they tell me they will call the crew and find out where it is. The crew chief says he saw me talking on the phone with the salesman of A&K Roofing when they were leaving. I was on the roof when they were leaving, nowhere near my phone. I have to brick my phone and change EVERYTHING about my passwords and security system. The salesman said he wanted to buy me a new phone, but I flew off the handle and told him he cant afford it, as it was an IPhone. I call the owner later and she tells me not to judge her salesman since I said that. Im not judging ANYTHING here except the quality of the help. Do they even run background checks on these guys? I DOUBT IT. And the owner tells me her son has all the latest Apple products. WTF do I care? What about MY phone?? She tells me she will get back to me. I doubt that too.... Super long story short? DONT USE A&K for anything until they can prove they have properly vetted their associates. And if you DO use them, hide your valuables and dont let them in your home.....

Dont go to them!!! I am a previous customer of theirs and called them since my roof was leaking and supposedly have lifetime warranty (lies) I tried to get them out previously about the warranty they kept giving me the run around so waited a couple of months and called in as a new a customer which amazingly they sent someone the same day so the guy proceeded to give me the estimate and told me whoever did ot last didnt do it right so then I proceeded to ask him about the lifetime warranty and he stated oh yea we offer that blah blah blah. But when I broke it to him that A&K was the one who did my roof last he changed it up real quick and said supposedly now has hail damage which was never mentioned before so my warranty was now void. In the meantime someone called the cops for a suspicious truck and ended up towing the guys truck for having no insurence on the truck, so me being nice I invite the guy in and was about to take him and his girlfriend home, who he brought with him to work by the way, when the owner Kevin called me and rudely told me that hes sent him (his guy) to give alot of estimates and never once got his truck towed so I should give him a couple hundered bucks to get his truck out and I told him if his workers were legal he would not have got his truck towed then hung up on him!!! Very rude and very unprofessional!!!! I definatly would never go to them again Id give them a big fat 0 but 1 is the lowest they go

A&K did my roof about 3 years ago. Everything seemed fine. There was trash and materials left behind, but we just picked it up and moved on. One day my subfloor in my kitchen seemed bumpy. Everyday it got worse and worse. By process of elimination we called the roofer to make sure everything was fine between the main house and the addition. They forgot the counter flashing and water had been leaking between my house and then into my kitchen. They came out again said it is our fault and I will get a flooring guy out there right away. 3 weeks later we have an appointment and he cancels 20 mins before. Very dishonest business practices and saving a few bucks with missing counter flashing has now cost over $2000. Dont go with this company!!!

First of all this is probably one of the cheapest roofing companies in town but for the price they do a great job. Also one of the other reviewers called the workers "shady looking" and Im like wtf they are roofers. They dont get their hair done before work. They dont read fashion magazines. And oh they are also humans and nice guys so let them use your bathroom. Also I had lots of various valuables laying out and none of them went missing. Maybe you lost your cellphone. I lost mine for a week. It was in the couch the whole damn time. Did you check the couch? In closing I think its a great roofing company and they deserve a higher score.

I had the worse wind and hail damage you can imagine and I chose A&K Roofing to help me. Kevin came out first and did an assessment and two days later his crew was here fixing everything. I had several baseball sized damages to my siding as well. They fixed that too. My house is now as beautiful outside as it was when I moved here. The price was more than reasonable and the job was completed as agreed. No complaints here, just a satisfied customer.

Gutters are always done with perfection and professional treatment Chuck Martinez is honest and straight forword wont steer you wrong he will answer your questions and you can trust the job will be done right and to your satisfaction . Chuck Martinez handles the roofs he sales the same way. His costumers allways return and refer new people to him all the time a real stand up guy.
