Dear Independent Roofing: Too often we request work from a company and get exceptional service and then never take the time to thank them for the extraordinary service we receive. My family and I wanted to take the time to express our appreciation for the work your firm provided. My son, recommended I call you after Independent Roofing replaced his roof following a hail event that destroyed most of the roofs in his neighborhood. The tear off and replacement was performed in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner. My son assured me that your team outperformed all the other roofing contractors in his area. Your assistance with his first insurance claim not only resulted in a problem free roof replacement but also came with a shingle upgrade that resulted in a 30% discount on his home owners insurance. Nice surprise for a first time homeowner. Our experience was no less satisfying. This was not our first roof replacement, but it was without a doubt, the best. The last tear off and reroof, although several years ago, took me and my wife several weeks to clean up after. Your team was “neat as a pin” and extremely fast. In fact, our neighbors commented how nice it must be to go to work in the morning and come home in the evening to a new roof with no mess left behind. One day installation; fabulous! Independent Roofing Inc. is a very competitive firm. Your bid was the lowest of three bids, one from the roofing firm recommended by my insurance agent and the other from another competitor who employs a personal friend of mind that I have known since high school. I can assure you that even your competition was impressed by your competitive pricing on such a quality product. Like our son, we too will receive a discount on our homeowners insurance, thanks to the shingle upgrade you recommended. In fact, our insurance agent believes the Malarkey Legacy shingles are the very best… probably due to the fact that he installed them on his home. Professionally, it’s probably just part of the job . . . but personally, the extra attention to detail in your quote, the install, and the final cleanup truly shows in your work. Your installers are a credit to you and your company. Please share our sincerest thanks with your team. Melanie I believe her name was that answered the phone. Was asking for rough estimate on how much it would be to install new roof. Knew the measurements and everything and what was wrong with it. She was not listening nor care for that matter. She basically came out extremely rude to me and said we have to look at the house first. I asked her if there was anyone who could give me a estimate and she said no and as I was talking to her and asking more questions politely she ignored me and went uh huh okay bye now and hung up on me. Avoid this place. Extremely rude and do not care about anyone but their cliché of clients. anyone outside forget it.
