So after the hail storm in the green valley ranch area, our house got some damage to our siding and other things with the house and property . Out of all the contractors and companys. I decided to call Big Rock. I set up a day for the quote and walk through.. Not too long after they were back and ready to work on the house. They did our siding quickly and it looks very good.. When I noticed little odds and ends that needed to be looked into. They took care of it in a timely fashion. They replaced screens, sliding door , light fixtures.. Along with other stuff.. I was impressed with the way that a big company showed that our house and property was as equally important as other jobs they couldve put their attention on.. I explained issues and concerns I needed help with and they were more than willing to look into things for me and get an answer.. Heather, Evan, Allison & James .Were very helpful to us.. If you are looking for a roofing company, Big Rock is one I would recommend. If ever needed I will be calling this company for sure.. Thanks Big Rock

I on the other hand have the opposite advise for any and all those looking for a contractor. They did come in and get the roof taken care of but did not finish the job. They still have siding, painting and screen repair that needs to be done and I can not get anyone to even call me back. All I have gotten from any of them is that they do not have the staff to complete the job. I have asked to be reimbursed the $1500.00 for the remaining work so that I can hire a different contractor, and now they wont even acknowledge my calls or that I even exist.

They were very professional, went step by step to ensure that I was confrontable with everything and answer all me question. They came out with the adjuster to ensure that everything was looked at and was taken in to account from the hail storm. They returned my phone calls and emails, in a timely manner, help me with the insurance company and Mortgage company. They did a great job on the roofs and the cleanup as well.
