Summit Roofing Solutions bid on my roof when I purchased my home in Nov of 2016. Promising to do the job in spring of 2017. Matt come out to my property in March of this year to go over what will be done and review the requirements from State Farm Insurance. We schedule for the first week of May. Matt never showed or call me for cancellation or to reschedule this appointment. After several attempt to contact him I finally got him on the phone and asked him why he never showed up or answer my messages. He then told me he does not listen to his messages and will get back to me to reschedule. Never heard from Matt again. In August I contacted his son Zack and told him the problem I was having. Zack apologized and said he will schedule me for next week. This went on for a month finally I told him that I am done with this type of customer service and he can get the job done this week or not. He then schedule me for Sunday. The job was done but I have yet to see Zack or Matt to expect the job or what ever process that is needed here. Do not use these guy they are horrible with customer service, lies and dishonesty is part of their business practice and that is sad. Customer service should not be like this.

The roofing crew was so diligent and hardworking we decided to go through them to paint our house! While painting some over-spray occurred on our new shingles which were promptly replaced without any hassle. We also had them replace our gutters which was fabulous! They were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable about drainage issues and did some rerouting to make our downspouts more efficient!
